Comfort Suites near Robins Air Force Base

The indoor pool was easily accessible and clean. Any minor issue we had was solved promptly and professionally. The staff throughout the hotel (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast) was very friendly. Even though it said there will only be housekeeping upon request, our room was taken care of without asking. The room had everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay. If I had known how great it is I would have stayed there before. However, now I know where to stay next time we are in Warner Robins Washer and dryer were clean.

More welcoming and knowledgeable staff members. I wanted to joint the privileged member club, but the staff member knew nothing about it when I checked in the first night...

One of the staff members wasn't very nice and welcoming. I asked her where the gym was, and she just pointed and started to walk away. I then called out to her again to ask her exactly where it was, and she said really fast that it was upstairs. I then had to ask her which floor, and she finally said the second floor. Last night my key stopped working, and I stopped by to have it reset, and she said you can't have it next to any phones, and that she had just reset my guests key as well. She just wasn't very friendly neither time, so I felt as if I was aggravating her. The rooms were clean, and the bed was so soft and comfy. I hate to be checking out ....

We loved everything about the property except the kids were grossed out by a roach crawling over the towel by their toothbrushes. Everything was very nice, the people were all friendly, and facilities were great, including great options for breakfast. We will be checking out comfort suites more often! I just recommend they use Combat roach killer, it’s going to knock those roaches out.

Clean, modern design being kept up/updated, and friendly staff.

The staff was completely competent and kind, even in the middle of training new employees. They accommodated us very well. Breakfast had a nice selection. We spent another night here in their jacuzzi room and loved it. The jacuzzi was very clean.

The floors in both rooms we tried were a bit dirty, and it's very easy to hear what's going on outside the rooms. We didn't find the beds the most comfortable, but that boils down to preference. Very nice if you like a soft mattress.

friendly staff . clean rooms . inside pool area was clean and neat. breakfast was ok and snacks were available for purchase. good firm mattresses and clean bathroom.

The pool was closed because it was storming outside? Its an indoor pool. We drove 3 hrs & had promised my 9 yr old a pool. They said thay had one, but when we got there, they refused to let is use it because of a storm outside. I could understand if it was an outdoor pool, but its not. So my daughter was very upset, & I thought they should've given us a discount since it was their decision to close the pool over a gray sky & rain.

Availability in parking, had elevators, indoor pool, comfortable beds, great bargain for the money. Proximity to restaurants in car. Close /short drive to the Fly museum( the reason why we came).

Free breakfast was limited to cold items due to COVID , however still like a Buffett style just smaller/shorter dysplay(?) . Suggestion: I had been in other hotels that handled better with packed to go boxes with a combination items . Example: scramble eggs, sausages, one fruit side and a danish with a no meat choice similar box(pancakes) to choose from. The coffee was the only self serve at the coffee station. However here you needed to ask the lady to give you some from across the barricate😁. Also the air conditioning was not cooling down as low as we wanted.

Best hotel I have stayed in in Warner Robins. Great location, convenient to shopping and eating. The staff were friendly. I had a downstairs room as requested. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The parking lot was well lit and I felt safe and secure. Breakfast was not up and running like it usually would be and I will be glad when it is. I like going and having a waffle, coffee and fruit and chilling out before starting my day. Hopefully soon. All in all a great stay!

Breakfast I'm sure will be up and going again soon. Miss that. Also I had to be at a workshop at 8:30 Saturday morning. There were only two dollies to get luggage and clothes from your room to your car. Everyone was checking out at the same time. I had to move my car to the back door and had carry all of my items to my car. Several trips to say the least.

The breakfast was well prepared, the dining area clean and well stocked. We love the hot tub and the pool although would love it more if it was heated. Our room, and the whole facility, was clean and well maintained.

We loved staying here. Mainly just needed a place to stay. We had kids showing at the GA national fair.

Our room was very damp! We typically reuse our towels one night but it was so damp in the room that the towels weren’t dry from one night to the next. This is my only complaint. I mentioned it to the front desk guy one night when I went down for fresh towels but I don’t think they ever came to check on it.
