The location was good. A bit far from the main beaches on the west side, but central to everywhere else including Road to Hana. Unit is nice. Bathroom is big and clean. Bed is reasonably comfortable, which was surprising! Also, parking was really just outside the unit. They also had beach chairs/umbrellas you could borrow which was such a nice touch and very helpful!

We didn't have any hand soap in our kitchen and bathroom nor did we get any body soap. We were also given only one extra roll of toilet paper so we had to ask for both of those. It took a full day to get those items, but glad we got them! Also wish the kitchen had scissors and the bedroom had some sort of dresser. We took the bins out of the night table and living room cupboard but wish we had more places to unpack our stuff so we didn't have to live out of our suitcase the whole time.

Cozy, comfy, and affordable. It almost felt a little too much like home and not enough like a vacation :-) Somewhat central location that puts pretty much all of Maui within decent driving time/distance. Nice location for less beachy activities, but not too far from some beaches, although Kihei and Lahaina are a decent drive. Close to Paia which is an awesome little town, and close to Ho'okipa, which is great for surfing and sea turtles that come to rest on the beach (not sure about snorkeling). Also closer to Hana than many other places you might stay. Tasty food trucks to the east and west, and lots of dining in and around Paia, and quite close to Mama's Fish House, which is delish (make reservations 3-6 months in advance, or show up late and ask if there's space at the bar like we did). Medium sized fridge. Airport, Costco and other big-box stores are only 25 minutes away. Owner was responsive to questions.

No AC or ironing board, water pressure leaves a bit to be desired, but the shower water is hot. We didn't use the kitchen. If you want a beach vacation, get something closer to other beaches. We only stayed 4 nights, which felt about right for this property. I would probably choose something else for a longer stay, or maybe split my stay between here and another place. Can sleep 4, but would be a bit cramped. For 2, it's pretty nice.

The apartment was everything as advertised. Due to my fault there were no sheets for the pull out couch. I sent Stefano a text and within 2 hours -while we were out- the sheets, blanket and pillows were made up on the bed!!! The unit was on the second floor with a deck- quiet place for coffee in the morning and ice cream at night. I read a review where someone thought the apartment was hard to find. It is easy to find unless you are directionally challenged. Laundry machines were available- that was a + for us. You can't beat the price for staying here. There is no AC- I didn't mind as I do not have it but my sister-in-law thought is was going to be a problem. It was hot when we returned from being out all day but with the sliding doors open and the fan on- it cooled down enough to be comfortable.

The room was really spacious with a comfortable bed. It was updated and really pretty and clean. There was snorkeling gear, beach chairs and body boards to use in the garage. It had a full size fridge and kitchen gadgets and everything you would need to prepare meals in the room. Easy check in even when arriving at a late hour, great communication from the host and very helpful. Spacious parking and quiet, safe location in a residential neighborhood. Beautiful grounds, but I didn’t really see a garden other than a picnic table and BBQ grill. There was a washer and dryer available for $2.00 each.

The shower had low water pressure, the ceiling fan didn’t work very well and there was no air conditioning. The fans in the garage were broken so we had to go buy one at Walmart and then the temperature was very comfortable. The stone floor under the table was rocky and hard on the feet. The small tv was in an awkward location. The location was really close to a cute little town of Paia and close to the road to Hana, but it was inconvenient for groceries and restaurants. The key code for the outer door didn’t latch so it just pushed right open without needing to enter the code.

We love everything about the apartment! It has an super convenient location with easy check in procedure, super friendly/helpful host, clean and comfortable design(it feels exactly like home!). We are very thankful of the host offering to help us set up a sofa bed for the third guest without extra cost. We could not have asked for more! It is just the perfect stay we looked for! Not to mention how accessible it is to the attractions nearby - less than 10 mins to the Road to Hana, beaches, coffee and diners!

Nothing really, maybe just the stairs, since we got the upper floor unit we have to move our bags upstairs but we love the view upstairs so no complaints here!

Everything, the location was great, the property and everything inside was quiet and well maintained. The people around us were very respectful as well. It was very accessible to have a kitchen, table, and parking. Even garbage and recycling were very accessible and organized.

The sliding door in the masters bedroom was broken. Fuzzy blue blanket inside the closet of the masters was dirty and had stains. I thought it was clean and ready to use but was the.

Stephano and his wife were amazing !! They will be apart of my lifelong memories on a trip to Maui I won’t forget! I was having a bad start to my trip due to popped tire and spare tire also popping ! Stephano and his wife were kind enough to lend me their personal vehicle (mind you they never met me) They really saved my trip from becoming a nightmare! I can’t thank them enough !

Excellent location away from the very touristic areas. Spacious and very clean appartment with all needed. I loved the balkony to chill out with a wonderful view. Stefano the owner was very friendly and supportive to all my needs.

Nothing to mention. I would definitely recommend it to other people visiting Maui.

The location was convenient. Great tv reception. Fabulous breeze on the 2nd floor porches!

The bathroom faucet needs replacing- cold water faucet very difficult to turn on. There was no air conditioning. Really appreciated having laundry room available to use and beach chairs for beach- a small cooler would have been nice.

The host was highly available and answered queries quickly. Big clean bathroom with all the necessary toiletries Things such as beach chairs were complimentary.

The toilet door was not working sometimes. The kitchen floor had cobblestone flooring. This made it difficult to work barefoot.
