Big kitchen with an island, had all necessary items to cook. Since we did early morning hikes and came home late at night, was ideal to have a fully stocked kitchen and fridge to store leftover poke, and make spam masubis for our hikes.

I requested ocean view, and it was pretty much a side view from the balcony, a little disappointing. Due to covid office hours were shortened and due to our itinerary we were never able to be there to change rooms for the one we requested. Otherwise it was great.

The accommodation was clean and met our expectations. The view from the balcony was surprisingly good for sunset but otherwise it does look out over the parking garage, but was labeled as a partial view of the beach, so not upset.

It would be helpful if the accommodation was more clear that this is separate from the "Castle Maui Banyan". It is a private accommodation inside that establishment and the front desk will give you the parking pass, but they do not provide any other services beyond that. We didn't have any problems, but if you do, know that you can't go to the front desk for help. You have to go through the owner of the room.

Bed was comfortable. Washer and dryer were great to have available.

Air conditioner was way undersized and struggled to keep the condo cooled down.

Location was great. The beach was right across the street and down the street were shops, rentals and restaurants.

The a/c unit in the living room was not working and I reported the problem the next day (Monday) and was told that they couldn't come that day but they would be there the next (also received email confirmation). Workers did not show up until Thursday to replace the unit. It was not a huge issue but really the only negative of the trip.

Everything about this stay was amazing, from the workers to the condo. Our condo was exceptional and filled with everything we could possibly need, from laundry soap, dishes and dish ware, salt and pepper shakers, boogie boards to a scale to weigh yourself! Staff were very friendly and helpful, property was well maintained. No issues with checking in or the keypad (as some other reviews stated). This condo was well-maintained and made you feel right at home! We would definitely stay again!

Everything was great! Nothing we didn’t like! It was close to the beach.

Right across the street from Kamaole II and III beaches, the latter one of the nicest beaches in Kikei. But understand this is a condo, not a hotel; because our room is owned by a private owner, it is almost certainly entirely different than any other room in the complex. We were on the 5th floor, with a nice enough view, but had we been 3 floors lower we would have looked out on the parking garage. NOT the same!

The kitchen equipment left a bit to be desired for those who want to cook. And the lanai was quite narrow (and this DOES apply to ALL the lanais in this complex).

Good location, nice view and short walk to beaches. Nearby shops and restaurants too.

Hadn't been updated lately....art, tile, and furniture dated....no mugs for coffee maker or glasses or flatware of any kind... wondered if decorator had ever stayed in a hotel room..a microwave or toaster oven on fridge would make leftovers much better. A beach umbrella and beach chairs would help.... would be pretty crowded for 4. Pool area noisy most evenings.

Room had 2 beds me/women is a couple who requested 1bd so we knew you got more money than what was expected and giving me.. Trying to make extra buck off of your locals and no kaimaaina. Disappointed
