Gracious hosts, exceptional service for any questions or needs while on property. This is a great budget stay! The beach is literally across the street! I would stay there again.

You can tell the property is a little aged and supplies are mis-matched (kitchen ware, furniture, etc). Technically there’s a pool which is small - personally the property would have been nicer for me if there was a garden where the pool is - the ocean is steps away. Parking could be tight at times but was available.

the outside looks outdated but the inside is renovated and very nice. The location is prime! The front desk girl who checked me in was amazing. I was tired, moody and just wanted to shower and go to bed. She made everything easy and smooth. Her customer service skills were awesome. As a company owner, one can only wish all employees were like her. I wish I had taken down her name.

The bed is so comfortable and pillows are so soft. Room is bif, clean and I love the shower room. Kona coffee is free and snacks are good choices. Free use of beach towels and beach chairs! Staff are very friendly.

You can hear noises from beside and above rooms. The walls are thin. Pool area is not usable and dirty. Utensils are not provided in kitchen area. Parking space is tight.

No breakfast served but coffee & tea is at the desk.Awesome goody treats at noon till evening at the front desk.

Since it’s closeby the beach,there should be a faucet along the building so that we Guest can take off or wash our feet /slippers from too much sands accumulate from the beach .It will help us soo much by not making our room full od sands & towels should not be used to clean up our feet & slippers.

We didn’t have breakfast. Location is perfect for us, accessible to all the places we visited.

Due to renovations we could not use the pool. The beach area across the street is not really suitable for swimming.

Room was great!

Walls very thin and a lot of noise. Pool was comically small. Breakfast was advertised as included but was not.

The room was nice and big and everything was fairly updated. The large shower was nice after coming from a more cramped hotel elsewhere.

There were some basic things missing from the rooms like a hairdryer and hooks to hang towels or wet swimsuits on. I was able to get a hairdryer by going down to reception so that worked out okay.

There was no breakfast and also wasn’t any room cleaning while we stayed because of covid. The garden is beautiful and I loved the jacuzzi

The room decor wasn’t very nice. I think other rooms were probably renovated and nicer but I still loved the grounds. The flooring is great, and the bathroom. Just needs nice art on the walls and flowers. Our room has the same picture on two walls.

Pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable suite. Great location with beach across street and others nearby. Great sunset views from our front porch. Clean laundry facilities, as well as pool and hot tub. Pleasant, friendly, and attentive staff. I would definitely stay here again

Unfortunately no breakfast due to COVID. Cable tv was out of service

Room was huge and had everything we needed. Right across the street from the beach.

Some of the appliances and fixtures were a little wonky. The faucet handle in my tub came off when I tried to use it. I was able to get it back on so it was ok. Also never was able to get ice or water from the fridge.
