So relaxing, booked an ocean view room and it didn’t disappoint. Beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. The bed was large and comfortable, and the room had everything you needed. The grounds were beautifully maintained and as there are 4 swimming pools to choose from so you can find one that is not crowded.

It is an hour from the airport, if you hired a car the drive would be an easy one but we taxied so it cost $105 to get there. We were on the ground floor so there was noise from the people staying above us walking around etc.

We had the family suite with two oversized chairs that convert to beds. Spacious room with full size galley kitchen, spacious and modern bathroom with double sinks and large shower. Wall to wall sliding doors leads to nicely appointed covered balcony with rattan furniture.

We were placed in a room that had a great view of the beach, but the carpet was freshly cleaned and was still wet, and it had a strong garlic smell. After complaining, we were placed in the suite with a great view of the ocean and of Molokai.

Great location right on beautiful Napili Kai Beach. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. On property restaurant has great options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a quality happy hour! Room was a large suite with a full kitchen.

Not a property issue - Would HIGHLY recommend extra sunscreen. Reef safe mineral doesn't cover as well so we got quite burnt the first day!

We love Napili beach and loved staying at Napili Kai beach resort. We stayed in a beachfront studio and loved having a mini kitchen with a full size fridge. We watched the sunset from our lanai every night during our stay. The view from our Lanai was spectacular! And with a snorkeling beach right in front of the hotel… it was just perfect.

More beach umbrellas for guests, please? 😁

The staff at the front desk was outstanding. We came early because we met up with friends staying there as well. They were so kind to upgrade our room and give us early check in! We loved our room view of the entire bay and each of the windows had a view that shared a huge lanai. Free beach chairs, coolers, and close parking. The kids club activities were a huge plus too. We would definitely stay again!

They were out of beach towels the first day.

Great room with a lanai and view. Comfy Bed. Amazing and well manicured grounds with tropical flowers (Orchids !) everywhere... outstanding. Fun Putting Green we played and attended a social at one night... great fun, Convenient parking. Access to coastal walking trail. Pool and Beach were very nice.

Excessive / constant screaming by pre-teen girls on the beach... every day.

Perfect location on the bay with beautiful views from the rooms! The resort is beautifully landscaped and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Right next to the coastal trail. Highly recommended!

It’s challenging to get reservations at the restaurant at night, book in advance.

Amazing beach, great view, good location, clean water, good snorkeling, turtles, and just gorgeous views. We will return.

Ants in the room a few times... should have offered some free beach activities like kayak, kick board, or snorkeling

Best location we have ever stayed in Maui. Directly on a small beach mostly of the surrounding resort and condos that is actually swimmable and with glass clear water and snorkeling 50 ft out. 4 pools and a restaurant and snack bar supplemented our full kitchen. Most families we met here are repeats some going back to the 1990s. My son had the time of his life

Stayed few days. Got upgraded from an ocean view room to beachfront property. Good parking. Family friendly resort. Great beach and facilities as well as activities.
