The Maui Banyan Vacation Club is located directly across from the beautiful Kam II beach, withing walking distance to shops and restaurants, other beaches, and close to the Piilani Highway. The room was bright, airy, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Although the room faced a parking lot, the trees and plants kept it hidden and it was quiet. It has two swimming pools and a lovely garden setting. Considering the cost of accommodations in Maui, this exceeded expectations.

No complaints. Anything that could have made it better would have made it considerably more expensive.

- Rooms were supplied with lots of towels, toiletries & equipment that would last you a week that I liked. Didn't need to ask for refills or extra towels etc. - Powerful hairdryer that was important for me - Huge room with full kitchen all the dishes, tools & everything you need and more - Everything was working properly & clean. Room was big with lots of space and comfortable. - Very central location, close to the beach

- Reception is 9 am - 9 pm, if you need anything at night there is no one - Rooms are a bit dated, some of the furniture can get a refresh and use renovation - Front parking was always full so we had to park in the far parking lot every night

Asked for higher floor and received ground floor. No staff. One nice lady giving the keys and that is it. There is complicated procedure to talk to the owner of that specific room which we did not used.. front desk cannot help in anything, even in coffee filters, or changing room. Very small kitchnett, no outside seating

You absolutely could not beat the price for such lovely accommodations so close to the beach. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, lovely patio. It's like having your own little apartment. The bed is wonderful, and there is a couch sofa, as well! They provide you with plenty of towels and blankets and the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances. The city of Kihei was wonderful and the local nightlife was so fun and we made some friends, too! Seriously great stay!

it has everything, the entire kitchen has everything, it looks like an apartment. very close to parking. good location, close to restaurants and stores. pity it’s just a two night stay.

fan in the washroom keeps running can’t be turned off. but after shutting the washroom door and bedroom door, there is no sound at night. the function of the tv remote is complicated. try to turn on the bedroom tv but failed. not good human machine interaction.

No breakfast at that location!

Shower is an issue, The water is either extremely hot or cold and there is no way to reduce either. Maintenance came and could not fix. Taking a shower under the extremely hot water is very difficult! and cold is not much better!

The property is beautiful. The location is fabulous! The pool and jacuzzi were great and very clean!

The shower door was filthy. There was a huge leak from the wall behind the bed and we told the receptionist and she said to call the agency. Called once, no answer.

We had trouble with our check in process - we came late, reception was closed and we didn't receive any check in code. We were lucky because we met security man who helped us, but it was complicated and little bit ruined the feeling of this property. But except of this everything was perfect.

Facilities were clean and roomy. Parking was ample, staff was very friendly and had many recommendations on things to do around the area. Proximity to the beach was a big plus. Very quiet too.

A little tough to get into the parking garage after checking in. Required a tight u-turn to accomplish.

Small room but exceptionally clean & comfortable. Also, has a tiny kitchen area with sink, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, & plates. Parking garage on property. Three minutes walk to beach with many restaurants and stores nearby.
