We stayed in two of the units (110 and 124). Pluses: - great location. Kam III is across the street and has a huge lawn area. Great for viewing sunsets. Also, not as busy as further down the street. - washer/dryer in the rooms! - safe in the rooms - uses codes to get in so you don't have to worry about keys - kitchen had lots of cookware, including a rice cooker in each room - rooms start off with a few rolls of toilet paper and detergent for the washing machine. If you are staying a while, head over to the store to get more toilet paper - boogie boards, noodles, and other beach stuff to use (for unit 110, not sure about 124) - plenty of towels, including towels to use at the pool - BBQ grill outside near the pool - pool - TV, internet, AC - ceiling fans - shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion to start off your trip (bring your own if you are staying more than a few days)

- Unit 124 had AC just in the bedroom, not the living room - furniture is a bit dated, but that was okay - communication could be better. On my departure day, I had a very early flight so I left at 3:30 am. After I landed back on the mainland, I got a message asking me to check out so housekeeping staff could start cleaning. They had sent a message while I was on my flight. Perhaps send out the link the day before so people who leave very early can have the link before they are on a plane. - I had sent a message before the trip asking if they had towels for the pool, but no one ever responded.

The property is just across the street from the beach. It was very convenient to walk across there. The unit had all kinds of amenities, like beach gear and cooking supplies for us to use.

There were a lot of rules about pool use. No toys or floats in the pool, no Marco Polo! I didn’t have small children with me, but it seemed pretty restrictive. We got a notice on our car about being towed if we didn’t get a parking pass, but were never told that we needed a pass. The office manager said he had nothing to do with our type of rental and was there for the people who actually lived in the units. He wasn’t rude, but seemed frustrated to have to assist us. The unit was very warm during the day. The window air units cannot keep up with the two story building and vaulted ceilings.

Location was great! Access to the beach, pool and parking lot was wonderful! Also, morning walks on Kihei rd was perfect! Very pleased with the location! Grounds keepers were friendly.

Lighting in the kitchen on the ceiling wasn’t working. There was a sign by the light switch letting us know it was Not working. At night, it was an inconvenience.

Great Location. Room 335 was great - clean and comfortable. Room 242 was not clean - the floor was dirty, and there were a lot of cockroaches, and the A/C cooled the bedroom but not the rest of the unit.

Good Cable, good TV's, Good wifi, better than most hotels' wifi.

Hard to get a parking pass since I was going to a meeting down the street was was not there during the 9-5 business hours to in person pick up a pass. Should be able to get it on line or have longer office hours.

I stayed in 120 and was really happy. nice and spacious m, nice little pool area which was quiet and just a very short walk from the bus stop

ultra picky to say the wifi of my place didn’t quite reach the pool area, but it really was no big deal

The check-in was a bit tricky because I didn't have received the access code for the door....

Furniture needs updating.

we liked having chairs and an umbrella for the beach.

the pillows were horrible. not enough pillow cases for other pillows in the facility. the rugs were dirty and had stains on them.

Excellent location. Size of room great. Had everything I needed. Washer and dryer is awesome.

Needs some updates. Furniture not comfortable. Patio very small. Lounge chairs would be nice instead of table. Pool too cold. No hot tub or fitness center.
