The location is convenient. The ocean view is good. There is a swimming pool right outside with spa.

Facility is not perfect. Dishwasher doesn't work properly. No AC. Shower was not working but fixed later.

Everything was very nice and unit was well equipped with even a small washer and dryer. Full furnished kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, cups etc.

It didn’t have air conditioning so we had to create a draft with the door open. I do wish they were more upfront about the fact that there was no ac. It wasn’t that bad though since temps were in the 70’s. The only way I could tell from the booking is that it doesn’t say air conditioning in amenities. I did not catch that when I booked it. Could be a big problem if temps get up above 90 degrees or so.

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed available to us. For me the only thing.. I wish your pool was opened earlier for my early morning swims. Our rooms were very clean and the location of the hotel was excellent.. centered conveniently. And our million dollar view was beyond incredible.. your pool area was amazing too. Great landscaping in the pool/ garden area. Mahalo .. thank you

Maybe a comfortable lounge chair on the lanai.. maybe adding more curb appeal with more vegetation. Overall everything went great, and we enjoyed ourselves and love Maui .. mahalo

I have stayed many times here. The one disappointing thing to me is that you cannot sit out and watch the ocean now because the gate is locked until nine. Should be someway to open up the lawn area to do that and shut off the pool area if necessary.

I love how close our room was to our car, parking was easy and free, the patio led straight to the pool, how easy it was to get the keys (although it would have been good to know ahead of time that that was going to be the process - to call and that the office would be closed), and the convenience of feeling like you were in your own home.

There wasn't an extra bedsheet for the sofa bed - I had to pull it off the twin bed in one of the rooms.

Although we didn't have a room with an ocean view, the two bedroom two bath was spacious enough for a family of five. Dish washing liquid and laundry detergent provided. Do bring salt and oil if you plan to cook.

Access to the back ocean should be available 24/7. The overnight staff at the sister location should be well versed with the hotel if they are providing customer service for the hotel.

The property was well-kept, clean and conveniently located to our activities. Our condo was clean and comfortable. I also really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the condo with a dryer that actually dried. The staff I had contact with were friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with everything.

It was a nice location. Rooms were fine. We booked Hona Koa because we could sleep 5 people. Pool & hot tub was nice. The view of the turtles and whales were amazing!

We didn't know when we booked it that there was no air conditioning and no service like clean towels etc. (They had a washer & dryer in the room).

The suite itself was amazing! So spacious and fully stocked with everything we could have asked for.

We had to drive to the beach, which is fine but would have been better to have a smaller room on the beach itself. That said the view from pool area was incredible.

Property had good parking, not overcrowded, well lit at night, trash bin in a convenient location. Lots of towels, full size kitchen appliances, lots of seating, nice pool area, located close to restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores.

The most annoying was the loud humming refrigerator, constant humming was really bad. Interfered with the beautiful ambiance-while trying to enjoy the quiet morning cup of coffee, late nightcaps, enjoying the cool night breezes on the lanai..
