The location of the property was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere with the kids. It was convenient. There was a specific area at the pool for the children. The food was great although you had to order and seat yourself at the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I requested an early check-in at 2p. The staff was unaware at the time we arrived, but did notice the request on the reservation once I mentioned it. I was told the room would be ready by 2:30p but we still waited until 4p which was the actual check-in time. I understand it was only a request but it would have been nice to know the room wasn’t ready. We were standing around and waiting in the lobby. We eventually wandered off to the pool and had a drink which made it easier to wait.

The cleanliness & location were excellent. We were able to see whale spouts from our balcony. We enjoyed using the outdoor grills and tables in the common areas for more reasonably priced meals. While pricey, we had good food at the Aunties Kitchen restaurant and enjoyed the outdoor seating. The markets on site were very convenient. While the pools were very nice, we preferred to swim & snorkel right off the beach in front of the resort.

Could have used a table on the balcony.

It was a nice resort on a quiet spot of the ocean And the room that we had was very nice.

I was very disappointed in the service. We stayed there a week and never had anyone clean her room or change our linens. We even had to go in search of soap and toilet paper and the cleaning lady was really grouchy. A lot of the restaurants around there had closed including the one in the hotel.

Perfect location to just chill if that’s your purpose. Everything was close by; the swimming pools, hot tub, beach, restaurants, bars. You don’t need a rental car, you don’t have to go anywhere because everything is there. There’s a walking trail along the beach. There’s also a free shuttle if you want to go to Lahaina. Perfect place for the whole family. We had so much fun!!!

Booked for 2 ocean view rooms but the room had barely ocean view. Called the front desk and they tried to look for different rooms and if not, would give us discounted rate. We ended up having discount because they could not find other better rooms for us.

Pretty great all around. Not all the rooms have a spectacular view but ours did, we could see the property and the ocean right from our bed. We saw a full lunar eclipse from our balcony. I was going to be angry they charged us for an extra three days of parking despite only having a car for half the time we were there, but they took it off without blinking an eye. Jerry was great on check-in and MJ was a great concierge! The restaurants on the property are decent, with friendly staff, but Duke's, at another Westin just down the beach is actually pretty good. Full kitchen and washer/dryer in room was also clutch.

Wish they would have been able to do more housekeeping but they blamed it on the pandemic.

proximity to the beach was amazing. only a 10 min drive to supermarkets and most food locations.

parking was a little difficult to find

The location was great and the staff were friendly. We had a late flight back and the resort has a lounge to use for those who have checked out and are waiting for their flight. It was nice to swim and chill after checking out. You even have locker room access to shower and clean up before you leave.

The resort was great! No complaints.

I was surprised at the number of young children. They were having a great time which is great, I was hoping for some more peace by the pool.

I ate at Auntie's Kitchen. Their food was not that great. I know it was during the pandemic, but I did not like the fact that there was no room service.

More towel service available. The stores were not open.

I liked the spaciousness both in the room and outside. Easy access to beach, the walkway and all other outdoor amenities. The kitchen was good too. I will stay here more days the next time I come to Maui.

The restaurant Pololo was a bit too pricy.
