location was good, front desk was kind.
There was no elevator during my stay....had to use stairs. I have difficulty with stairs and asked for a ground floor room and was denied because the room I booked was only available on the second floor. I should have been offered an upgrade because of the elevator being out of service. Had I known there were stairs, I wouldn't have booked.

The registration lady at the front desk was extremely helpful when we had to make an adjustment to our reservation at the last minute.. That was very much appreciated. We have stayed here several times over the years and the service is always friendly and of high wuality.

The staff is top notch! Front desk, buffet and cleaning staff were the best part of our vacation. The day before we arrived had been one of the worst travel days I have ever experienced. This hotel and staff saved our vacation. I wish I could express how thankful I am for their kindness.

Welcoming staff and cozy room. Breakfast was plentiful and had lots of options.
There was a few construction crews staying and they were a bit noisy at 4 am. Not the motel's fault!

Major winter storm came through. Would have been great to make some kind of effort to clearing the snow away.

Breakfast was good when I made it there to eat it LOL. The location worked for me as I was there for State Wrestling and didn't have to fight all the crowds.
