Ramada by Wyndham Boise

The doors to the rooms didn't slam. And there wasn't housekeeping knocking on doors and slamming stuff around in other rooms or hallways. The front desk gal was so sweet. Even when I had to come back the next night and turn in the remote from our room, I accidentally had grabbed it with my wallet on way out.🤦‍♂️🤣🤷. Will be staying here again. So quiet. Smelt great .

Plz check your a.c. and heater filters more often. Pulled ours out when I got into the room and it was covered in dust. Quick wash off in shower and it was good as new.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and had incredible customer service! The first room we got smelled liked someone smoked in it so we called the front desk and that lady immediately helped us find a room with no cigarette smells inside of it. I also liked that they provide airport shuttle service!!!!! That was so helpful!

I think the hotel property could be more updated. Update the carpets

We booked last minute and was very happy with our room and the hotel. Room was clean and spacious, the staff were efficient and friendly. The pool was an unexpected and great surprise, we loved that it was indoor without feeling indoor and the pool was large and very clean. The lobby was attractive and very clean. Close to airport and close to a lot of amenities like restaurants and stores.

The breakfast was kind of weak but at least there was one offered. I loved the pool and staff very helpful.

it was very good for the money. There were some pretty scary people staying at the hotel and the one across the parking lot. Not very many though.

Nothing memorable either good or bad. One consistent theme among Ramada’s by Wyndham is the lackluster effort providing breakfast for its guests.

That you can get rooms that open to the pool area.

That my door to the pool area was jammed and unable to open. I removed the saftey board from inside but it wouldn't open. If the pool was closed due to covid being notified when I requested the room or a sign on the sliding door would have been great. Other than that the stay was wonderful and the remodel is looking great.

The staff was very friendly and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are clean.

The parking was sketchy. There was 3 cars parked with no tags. Stolen probably. The 3rd access door was broken. Saw a roach in my room. Aye!

The ants stayed in the bathroom... except one who hitched a ride with our items to Las Vegas, where it ultimately passed away from heat stroke.

There were ants in the bathroom (little tiny ones)... several of them. No bueno

The staff was very friendly and they quickly provided me with a ride to the airport after my state. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable!

The parking lot area and the hallways are less attractive, but when you get in your room you are very happy.
