Inn America - Boise

1st day of breakfast was not so good. I didn't mention it to the staff, they were busy and I was hurt on time before I had to be to a funeral. Next day was really good.

No grab bars in the shower besides the lower tub bar. I am 80, a senior with a balance problem and there is not a bar to grab to maintain your balance while showering. I would suggest a grab bar about waist high for safety and its makes a person, inparrerd or not, feel safer

It's a really clean nice hotel just a few blocks from the Boise Airport and right off the Interstate. Check In was super fast and friendly and the facilities were nice and clean with hot water and tea available in the kitchen area through out the day. The only downside really was that all the restaurants within walking distance were all closed but there are severaal restaurants just the the other side of the freeway a couple of minutes away including Applebees. We found a place called Quinn's just up the road from Applebees and it was excellent.

Nothing really.

Location was fine. Staff was wonderful, especially Melissa, who checked us in. We arrived close to midnight after a 17-hour drive. We were exhausted and cold. Melissa was super helpful and kind. Got us into a nice room with a hot shower super quickly. Breakfast is fine. They put out whatever they got delivered. Sometimes, items might not arrive in time or at all, but they still manage to put together a decent breakfast. The breakfast lady takes her job seriously and is nice and funny. She got a kick out of the fact that we all wore Bear slippers… Mama Bear, Papa Bear, Little Bear…

Front-desk customer service was excellent! The room was squeaky clean and everything worked well. The A/C was really cold and that was great. The sink and tub drained properly (worth noting as I've run into a number of places where this wasn't the case). Continental breakfast was decent enough with coffee, yogurt, muffins, waffles etc. (no sausage or eggs, for those who might want to know). Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Nothing -- everything was positive about this stay.

The bed was comfortable. The room temperature was well controlled. The TV worked well. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. The areal lighting was adequate. It was recommended and failed to wow me.

The pillows were very soft, I wished I had my own. The shower pressure was weak, the toiletries were a mixed bag. The shampoo made my hair feel dirty but the lotion was nice. I heard the airport, interstate and the room next to me so sleep was difficult to maintain.

The staff were super friendly and the hotel was easy to find. The outdoor pool was a bonus if a tad chilly for me but the kids loved it. The breakfast was simple but met our needs. The room was spacious and seemed pretty clean.

The carpet on the floor left my bare feet dirty. Maybe some fo-wood flooring would be a good upgrade in the future. A few more non carb/ gluten options at Breakfast would be great and tea selections for non coffee drinkers.

Every day is the same excellent service. We have no issues, the staff is great. We have stayed there almost 15 times over the last 4 years for college visits to Boise state. We have had nothing but good interactions with this hotel and staff. We just returned from another trip for graduation that was absolutely the same. Thank you Inn America for giving us a place to call home for the last 4 years.

The 4 years went by too quickly.

The staff was friendly and helpful in telling us about the best option for us to park the 16-foot moving truck we had and the most convenient way for us to get to our room. The front lobby area was inviting and coffee etc. was available in the area they serve breakfast. Our room was nice and comfortable. The bed on the other hand was uncomfortable for us. Too wiggly/bouncy for seniors.

The motel had a large choice of food items for breakfast. Motel is quiet even though the airport is very close to the motel.. The motel provides the tools to clean your windshield after a long trip. The staff brought an ice scraper out that helped in removing the ice and snow from the windshield.

Motel had a new television sets with controls that I did not understand. They need to provide written instructions to operate it, at least in my case.

Ease of check-in. Room ready. Everything straight forward. Breakfast was typical Contenental with waffles. Pool was nice. Can't say if heated but it has been very hot outside and the temp was perfectly refreshing. Not too cold. Not too warm. Staff was at front or very near every time and appropriately responsive. Can't complain much. Satisfied.

Unusually the shower head was my only gripe. In our room, it was very high and pointed near the very back of the tub with very little adjustment available. Super minor gripe: Only protein (meat) option was Jiimmy Dean prepackaged egg, biscuit, sausage sandwich.
