They were very accommodating for me and my sweet cat Mia. I had already booked at super 8 across the way from another sight I use. but they refused me when I had told them I had a cat. The young man was horrible, thankfully they’re franchised. I left a review as well for that place. Because the other two I stayed at before I got to that one was very accommodating to us. was praying that this place wouldn’t do the same to us after driving 14hrs to get to my Daddy in the hospital. My experience from here on out and this is IF I have to do this all again, travel across country in a timely manner. call first before booking anything. I was screwed out of $500.00 from this booking.com for my rental that I had booked through them because of the airport rental car place saying they wouldn’t take my debit card. showed them the rules that were stipulated in my booking for the place that it clearly said it took debit and credit cards. wooo weee another night getting in at 1am so I could go attend my Momma’s funneral just last September of 2022. again had to go to another rental car place and spend another $1200.00. so again I would do a little more than just book and go with booking.com. never ever got my money back have proof of all the emails that I had sent too. the only way you can correspond with them. so I will never book a vehicle with them again. hoping this helps out others. they never let me do a review until this one so I figured I get it all out on this one. take the good with the bad is a very good saying for this sight on booking things.

Simplicity - Clean room - Price - Availability on a busy summer weekend

TV did not have the Golf Channel - Shower head was way too low - A/C was set way too low when I arrived - Check-in time was later than I anticipated, and I had to return late - Didn't know that internet was available, and I probably would have used it. - Room was not made up for 2nd night, but I hadn't made a mess, so I had no problem with finding the room the way that I'd left it, and the room temperature exceeded 60 degrees.

Everyone was nice and helpful.

No extra pillows, my husband had a broken foot and ankle and needed to elevate his foot. Also the people above us had dogs that ran all night long. I think the people above us worked nights as they were long term occupants. As soon as they left the dogs would run and jump from beds. We know it was the dogs as we went up to ask them to stop. No one answered the door but dogs barked at us.

I arrived late to the hotel for check-in and Eric greeted me by first name (showing he took the time to review the reservations) and ensured my traveling went safe and well due to the arrival time.

It was different not seeing a mini fridge or a microwave in the room - especially staying for a few nights and having to last-minute order out. Having a young child that drinks milk - that was pretty difficult.

I liked how clean and safe I felt walking around the facility the staff were friendly and helpful I'd definitely consider staying here again

It would have been nice if they had a mini fridge in the room and the pool would have been opened if not for those to minor things the stay would have been exceptional.

If u want a microwave or fridge they charge u $10 a day. How outrageous, in 10 days u could have bought a new one. It's not listed on their site so what a shock.

Look above. That's what I didnt like. Whatever money u save on the price goes by the wayside if u cant keep food or drinks there. But the staff is excellent.

The entire stay was a great value, the.room was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The only drawback worth mentioning was the lack of lower from the air conditioning unit. It's February in Boise, Idaho and the unit barely kept the room comfortable. A summertime stay would not be comfortable at all.

I'm glad I booked this motel 6 for value because there was a national soccer convention and a Morman convention. Everything was full.

Thd soda vending machine stole my kids 3.00 and said oh. Then we told the lady at the desk she might put up a sign, next morning no sign.

The beds were comfortable, the shower had plenty of pressure, the hotel was clean. It had a washer and drier available which is a plus as it keeps you from having to go to a laundry when traveling.

The bath towels are tiny and about as thin as a paper towel.

Nice size bed, pretty comfortable, AC works well. I had an early flight so decided to stay the night before and am glad I did as I was well rested for my flight.

I honestly asked for a wake up call at the front desk just to ensure I wake up for my flight and I never got the call. I woke up using my own alarm but I did notice I didn’t get the call.
