Hampton Inn Boise - Airport

Conveniently close to the airport with free parking. Easy “digital key” to bypass traditional check-in and unlock your room, if you have the Hilton Honors app (some hotels allow room selection via the app, too). Arrived late at night and the front desk employee was nice enough - he didn’t offer any actual greeting but answered the question I had about using the app to unlock the door. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable, but the highlight was the restroom - looked like it was recently updated with spacious shower...and lots of hot water. Sarah granted us an extra hour at check-out, which was nice. Overall a comfortable stay in an area that felt safe, and just down the street from the airport. I would stay here again.

The only suggestion I have is that the front desk person “greet” the guest and point out any amenities, like complimentary coffee, tea, etc. I understand during the current COVID-19 climate that the usual breakfast may not be an option but the employee should at least draw attention to whatever food/beverage options are available.

A little more attention to the details in making of the bed. I had to remake it before I could use it. The sheets were tucked in very short and only came up 3/4 of the way. I know it seems like a small thing, but it’s those details that we all tend to remember.

Location, staff was friendly, breakfast good, quiet, room very comfortable. Wasn't at the property that much since visiting with family away from facility most of the time.

I have no suggestions, there wasn't anything I didn't like.

Loved everything, the front desk was very nice and helpful with checking in. Housekeeping was also helpful with getting rid of our diaper issue. Can't forget, that the pool hours are late.

Their isn't nothing wrong or i don't like about our expectations. .

Good room,. good breakfast, quiet and easy access to room. Close to where I wanted to be.

Didn't like the way the heater thermostat went from producing warm area to going to ac if you turned down the heat.

Friendly desk staff did a find job. Location was perfect for our needs. Easy to/from I-84. Ok with my 2 dogs.

Breakfast needed more protein, e.g., sausage. A bit pricey but what isn't these days?

Perfect location for staying near the airport for early flights. The shuttle was on time, which made the trip to the airport in five minutes.

Nothing to not like, since we only stayed for a few hours before our flight. We missed breakfast in the morning but looks pretty good.

The only negative was the bathroom door. The slider style does not work for privacy. Hair dryer noise interfered with my husband watching TV. There was quite a gap around the door. The bathroom door should ALWAYS be a tightly closeable door.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, easy checkin and check out, so close to the airport, lovely breakfast!

After a long drive Mary Ann checked us in , her energy was cantageous, and we went out to get some and sight see recommend by Mary Ann who was knowledgeable about eateries, shopping and places to visit. She treated us like royalty.

Other than the pool being repaired, no complaints
