Quality Inn Idaho Falls

From the outside, the hotel doesn't look like much however, the rooms look up to date. We rented a king size and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of options, waffles, toast, bagels, Danish, eggs, sausage and bacon, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, fruit juice, cereal.

I appreciate the outside lighting if you are coming back to your room after dark however, the curtain in our room did not close completely so the room was not completely dark and I have a hard time sleeping with light on. I know they can't control the people who stay there, but I would just like to say, if you are staying in a hotel, keep the music down so the people in the room next to you don't hate you.

We had at first, reservations at Rodeway Inn, next to Quality Inn Rodeway was deplorable, couldn't stay there. The reception desk (who were terrific) got us into a beautiful room at Quality Inn with a balcony facing the river and we were thrilled! The room was large and modern. We had a great time. Would absolutely stay there again. Breakfast was great too. Lots of great places to walk our doggies.

The location beside the Falls was absolutely wonderful surprise for us, we took a walk before dinner that night. The breakfast and all the staff were beyond my expectation!

The shower and toilet area of the bathroom was needing work. The shower had broken and molded grout and the toilet was old, and short. The rest of the room was wonderful!

It was big and in a great location.

There wasn’t enough towels, and the floor was dirty. I do not recommend walking in the room without shoes. I got out of the shower and walked around the room barefoot and my feet were quickly covered in dirt.

bed is very comfortable, room was a great size and can hear the falls. didn’t get a chance to get into the pool but it looks very good and deep. staff was so nice and helpful.

carpet and sofa bed needs a little cleaning. there were stains on the floor that needs to be cleaned.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Location right across from the falls 😊 good breakfast. Great place to stay with your family.

The pool was dirty. The outside is a little run down but the inside rooms are really nice!!!

Booking.com did not give the hotel our confirmation. When we arrived to be checked into the hotel there was no information saying that we were booked. The hotel needed to book us under a new reservation. I asked booking.com three times to cancel the original booking that we paid for before arriving to the hotel. I need confirmation that that has been done.

Your staff is very helpful,Breakfast was delicious and location was awesome,we loved it,we took so many pictures there.Highly recommend.

Peaceful area and awesome location.

Located on Idaho Falls. Many amenities nearby. Walking distance across bridge to the downtown.

You have to walk clear over to another building for ice. They need an ice maker in the Rodeway facility, also. Breakfast was really mediocre.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, right along the river next to the falls. Several restaurants around etc

It is a simple motel which is what we were expecting. No complaints, it was clean, we felt safe.
