Comfort Inn & Suites Jerome - Twin Falls

When we pulled up . The property was clean . Trees and grounds were trimmed and maintained. A drone was flying overhead . And when we checked in . We found out it was part of their security system to addition to camera system. Which made me happy because we were towing our boat. The extra security set , meant I would get some rest tonight and not worry about someone breaking into our boat and car . When we check in staff was delightful , helpful and smelling . The room was very clean . When we checked out it was 4 am . We had some coffee. And a gentleman suggested he would open some of the drinks and food bar to take with us . Witch was nice . Breakfast was open until 6 or 7 am . Attention to detail go a long way. And will say again when we travel to Montana.

The staff do their best, They keep it positive. The location is easy to get to. I have already rebooked and stayed, and plan on returning again. Breakfast is decent. Thank you to all the helpful staff.

I rented the King room and planned to use the sofa bed for the third guest. I would suggest not EVER allowing anyone to sleep on the sofa bed. I ended up putting the couch cushions on the floor, and spending the evening apologizing for the discomfort. I do take the blame because my fiancé warned me. Lesson learned. I guess I assumed, since the regular beds were the best ever, that the sofa bed would share the similar qualities. I was mistaken.

Great location, near main highway. Easy drive into Twin Falls. Superb to get to Shoshone Falls and the excellent local State PArks. We also stayed in Boise in this visit and I wish we had spent all time in Twin Falls/Jerome as much better value and everywhere we went to from Boise was easily accessible from Twin Falls/Jerome. Airport at Boise less than 2 hours away - stay here and not Boise

The staff were all super friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, the breakfast was yummy with good variety, the pool and hot tub were a delight, and the exercise room was a great (small but we hit it at the right time so no one else was in there)! We have friends in Twin Falls, and even though this hotel was a little bit further from downtown, it was more affordable and completely worth it. Only a few miles from the bridge, so we got to drive over that beautiful river gorge a lot!

There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property. We enjoyed it all!

I'm picky about pillows, and they had an assortment that included one that was just the right firmness. The shower had great water pressure, which makes mornings a lot easier. Good electrical outlet placement made charging devices convenient. The breakfast was decent — not great, but eggs and bacon for a protein-filled start along with various pastry and cereal options.

I could have done without the Fox "News" on in the breakfast room. I can be plenty grumpy on my own without adding angry ranting TV talking heads into the mix.

Staff worked to switch our rooms when we found out our original room was on the second floor. We were able to get the same room but on the first floor and close the exit that our car was parked at. Very convenient! This was our second stay here! We liked the first time, so when we needed something in the same area, we came back here.

A semi tractor was still parked in regular parking area, the same place it was a week ago. I feel it should not be taking up valuable prime parking since it doesn't fit a single parking spot.

Our stay was amazing! The room we got was huge and very comfortable and welcoming, the complimentary breakfast was very good, with lots of choices, plus there is a indoor hot tub and heated pool! We had a jacuzzi tub which made it even better! The staff went above and beyond and set up a special surprise for our anniversary with candles, flower peddles, balloons and a sweet gift! Definitely something I’ll never forget and hold close to me! Thank you so much for the great experience and stay!

The Location was fine, just outside Twin Falls. It has no sense to select a Hotel in Twin Falss itself, because Twin Falls is not a real city, but just some long streets, with huge parking places and buildings. So you have to take a car anyhow, it is not a walkable city. The breakfast was for an US hotel good, what in US terms means: "everything was there" . Good swimming pool.

For international standards the breakfast had a low quality. (industrial bread, no choice in yoghurt, cheal meat (?)).

The breakfast was fantastic. Better than restaurants we have eaten at.

When I booked this room it was to have been a pet friendly hotel. But when I went to check in they said it really wasn’t pet friendly. But they let us stay anyway. But it was stressful when he said it wasn’t pet friendly. You and the hotel need to get this straightened out. Don’t list it as pet friendly unless it actually is.

The staff was friendly. The rooms exceeded my expectations. Very clean and comfortable and smelled great. The location wss right off the freeway so when we were done with our business in Twin Falls we just left. Nice stay. Will stay again.

The parking. Most of the parking is in back and the access to the building is a ways away from the parking lot. Didn't like that. Safety is always a concern for me.
