Hampton Inn & Suites Rexburg

We were registered for 2 race weekends ,one in Grand Teton(Jackson) and one in West Yellowstone . This was perfectly situated between them. We were able to visit a friend in Boise a day. We drove up to Old Faithful for a day. Went to Hells Half Acre for an afternoon. Visited Bear World.Spent time in Rexburg. Found many nice little restaurants. Love having a wonderful breakfast at the hotel every morning. The room was lovely and had a mini fridge for our racing drinks and water. The beds were very comfortable. We didnt arrive until 1:30 in the morning and we left at 2:30 in the morning. Both people were so nice and helpful to the tired travelers we were. The girls that kept the breakfast going every morning were very sweet and busy. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

The hotel is beautiful and was clean, easy to find. We took a dip in the pool when we first got there and the kids met and made friends with the kids they met there. The room was very quiet. Breakfast was yummy. We also had dinner at Fresco Kitchen and Grill it shares the parking lot with the hotel and it was amazing, highly recommend checking it out.

nothing, we had a great time, and if we are over there again, we will stay at the Hampton inn and suites.

It was clean and quiet

Seems to me they could do better with providing breakfast for the amount of people that were there to wafflemakers people were having to wait forever to make a waffle. They were out of eggs constantly juice constantly it just seems like they could do a little bit better with providing more bigger amounts of food for the amount of guests that they had staying there.

I like the fact that the breakfast area was open at 6 am. We like to get a head start for our day and that worked for us. We like the suites. More room and more comfort that a regular room and the price wasn't that much different.

We had noisy neighbors upstairs. They would slam things and it sounded like they were jumping on the bed. Plus, they were fighting. And, the bathroom fan was extremely loud. I guess I will be requesting to stay on the top floor from now on.

We traveled in July of 2021, with married parents and 2 teenage sons. We got 2 rooms total (unable to get them next to each other, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us.). The location is great - just down the street from BYU I. Very friendly staff. I was very pleased to see the workout facility had dumbbells going up to 50 lbs, and a multi-cable machine with functioning bench.

We found the breakfast selection to be generic / basic / uninspired. (Not a huge deal - we usually went out and got food elsewhere.) Other than that, no major complaints. We were there for 4 days, didn't use the pool, but loved the site.

The breakfast food was good, however we stayed for one week, and there was only one day when Omlettes were served instead of scrambled eggs. I love scrambled eggs, however they were very soft and almost runny each time. So it limited options for protein.

The front desk staff we welcoming, present and appeared joyful. The check-in/checkout process was a breeze. During check-in the staff asked if we were hungry and made recommendations for eating establishments nearby. She gave coupons for a couple of places. The entire room was spot on. A person walking into the room could immediately understand the level of care the cleaning staff have for the room. Counters were clean, coffee machine was sparkling, the stainless steel on the mini fridge looked brand new. The level of expertise it takes to have the bed sheet tight on the bed is perfect. Visually the room was perfect. My olfactory system thoroughly enjoyed the pleasant smell in the room. The scented soap and shampoo was indeed welcoming.

The parking lot was well used by individuals with ATV trailers and construction equipment. I know the hotel has little control over what a person drives and parks in the lot. This was literally the only thing that detracted from my experience at this hotel. The price was a bit increased due to external factors. Consistency on pricing would be ideal.

WE GOT IN LATE DUE TO BAD WEATHER AND THEY OFFERED A LATER CHECK OUT, WHICH WE GLADLY ACCEPTED. ROOM WAS SILENT, NO OTHER GUESTS OR EMPLOYEES WERE HEARD WHILE WE WERE IN OUR ROOM,

THERE WERE A TWO OF THE LARGE TILES LOOSE IN THE BATHROOM AND ENTY WAY THAT WOULD MOVE WHEN YOU STEPPED ON THEM. THERE WAS ALSO ABOUT TWO INCHES OF STANDING WATER AND A STEADY DRIP FROM THE FAUCET IN THE BATHTUB. AND THE BARN STYLE DOOR TO THE BATHROOM WAS NOT VERY COOL.

Quality place with great staff

better beds would be a great investment. After traveling all day people need a good sleep. These beds are tough and hard .spending millions on building a beautiful hotel but dropping the ball on beds. But ill continue to stay at all Hampton inn's

Clean and friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi, nice little pool for the kids and rooms get COLD slept very nice

Breakfast area, get there early to get your food. It’s on the smaller side of breakfast eateries of others. HOWEVER staff was doing everything they could to stay on top of it.
