Nice big room, great shower.

I had asked for a quiet room. My room was really close to a very busy road, traffic most of the night kept me awake. The woman who checked me in and out wasn't very friendly. Just seemed to not enjoy her job. She and the other woman at the desk when i checked out didn't say thank you for staying with us or even have a great day. There was also a dog issue, not their fault really but was most annoying. Food selection for breakfast wasn't very good. No TV channels like ABC, NBC, CBS. Mostly a lot of channels with nothing really of value to watch.

The room was spacious the bed was comfortable and it was quiet we had other family members in other rooms we have experienced their loudness before so that was good. We also liked that the pool and hot tub are open 24 hours.

Since my husband is 76 I reserved a handicap room so that we can park close enough so he does not have to walk too far. The girl at the desk said that it was closer from the other end which when we checked in was perfect right by the door but when we came back after our event there were no handicap parking spaces at that end and all parking spots were full. I had to park at the entrance to the end to get him in the door and to his room blocking that entrance for a few minutes. My suggestion is if you are renting out handicapped rooms on the other end of building you need to have handicap spaces there too. BTW after I got my husband in the room I went out and parked my car there were no available handicapped spaces anywhere.

the property had all amenities working and the hot tub and pool were especially nice.

The breakfast was very bad. I never eat hotel breakfast because they usually are horrible. This particular La Quinta was the nicest one I’ve stay at so I tried it. It was awful. you could taste the flour that hadn’t risen yet in the bagel, the coffee was burnt, ect. Just please invest in good coffee. The rest I understand. but a hotel with a high quality coffee can set itself apart.

- Air condition not working in the gym on a very hot day - "Dog-friendly hotel" shouldn't mean that guests are allowed to take their dog into the indoor pool area (even if it doesn't get into the water) - Limited breakfast options, taste on a rather average level - Disposable dishes for breakfast = lots of unnecessary garbage

We stay here 2 or 3 times a year and we know exactly what to expect. The staff is great, the hotel is clean, breakfast is good and they welcome our 2 little dogs.

This is the only time we were disappointed with breakfast. Usually there is staff to refresh the food but this morning that person wasn’t seen. Waffle batter was out, no sausage patties, no boiled eggs. As we were leaving we finally saw staff was starting to replenish the food but most guests had left already.

The beds are very comfortable. The location is convenient. They accept pets.

The front desk person - Shelley I think - did not seem happy about checking me in with my dogs. I followed all the regulations but she was still sour about it. It’s irritating that they charge a $25 PET FEE. The coffee at breakfast was AWFUL! They used to be much more accommodating- offered free water and cookies and newspaper and doggie treats - and never charged extra for dogs.

Super clean. I really liked the high ceilings and spacious footprint. The beds were very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure.

The mini-fridge was essentially tepid when we checked in. We turned the setting to max cold, but it never cooled sufficiently to serve as a refrigerator. Not a big deal because we stayed only one night, but if it had been a longer stay, I would have requested a replacement fridge.

The first few days was not bad the last two there was a lot of noise. It is right across from where I was working. And then because I forgot something I tried to call them and was unable to reach the actual location. The number given kept going to reservations I told him what I needed and they told me they didn't have a phone number. That ruined the whole entire deal I will not stay there again.

Great breakfast love the variety. Room was clean. Check in staff was helpful,friendly and knowledgeable. One staff member stood out don’t remember her name but she had maps for you to help get around the town.

Pool and spa hours were changed so it wasn’t open as shown. One of the main reasons I booked to come there. Check in time should be earlier so able to use more of the amenities.

Small detail but give the house keeping hoovers that they can use on all the room and corridor carpet edges, badly dusty!! Maybe consider a no wet swimming pool user rule for people using the pool to rooms via public corridors and lifts!? Rude and unpleasant and sometimes shocking ( horrible) sight for other guests!
