I liked the kitchen set up and supplies to use the kitchen, the layout flowed well, the bathroom was a good size. Breakfast in the morning was good, similar to the other Marriott locations with lots of seating. My family enjoyed the use of pool and hot tub. I was appreciative of the laundry facilities but this was about $1 more per washer and dryer than any other. Lots of hotels offer free laundry services. I really liked the decor in the check in area with information about the state on one wall and a giant map with things to do and see. That really gets my attention!

The room did not feel like it was as clean as it could be. The pillows on the couch were stained and turned upside down. The stain looked still clumped and dirty. Trash cans were difficult to find, eventually were found in the back of the closet.

The staff was great. Check in was fast and efficient. The entry was clean and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and I liked having a full size refrigerator. Breakfast was very good and the staff kept everything full and clean.

Our stay was very nice with the exception of the shower. I love a good hot shower in the morning to wake me up for the day and unfortunately our room had absolutely zero water pressure 😭. The water was warm but it took a while to get there. And I'm not a huge fan of the half wall type of shower, I like to be able to completely close my shower door.

Beds and rooms were exceptional. We had dogs with us, and the room and staff were very accommodating. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, too. The check-in clerk was very good at her job and pleasant. We visited Shoshone Falls, which was gorgeous, and ate at Fiesta Mexican for dinner, which was so good! All in all, it was a wonderful little trip.

The shower could have used more water pressure. There were kids left alone in the pool that took over the pool and hot tub and were doing cannon balls directly on top of us to make us leave the pool. That wasn't fun but not necessarily the fault of the hotel.

The suite was roomy with a kitchenette and large restroom and walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable, everything was neat and tidy. Culver's restaurant was just across the street, and the scenic canyon rim trail by the Snake River was only a 5 minute walk.

A little noisy from the room upstairs but otherwise fine.

It’s secure, your room is behind several locked doors. My room had a mini kitchen that was outstanding and dishes with silverware. Great AC system.

The couch looked good but it wasn’t great for sitting for too long. Some minor wear and tear issues with the carpet and furniture but nothing that would stop me from coming back. The powdered eggs at breakfast seemed kind of cheap in contrast with everything else.

The team, cleanliness, comfort

Breakfast is mostly sugar in different shapes and forms. The only meat option is bacon which for many isn't an option at all nor is it particularly healthy. All we could eat was eggs and some string cheese. Not a single piece of vegetable offered, not even some healthy oatmeal with berries. Oatmeal was packaged which is the worst kind there is and even yoghurt was the one with sugar. This hotel could be 10 out of 10 if they only made Breakfast reasonably healthy.

It was a great property and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was good and I enjoyed using the gym and pool.

Our rooms shower was terrible. The shower head had terrible pressure and settings. None of them were good. Because the shower is just a half wall of glass, the water splattered all over the floor with every shower, soaking our towels. We did not enjoy that at all!

Very clean and new property. We were on the first floor and it was still very quiet. decent bed and okay pillows.

We were traveling with our 2 well behaved dogs. I knew there would be a pet fee but not a $75 fee for one night. This is the most expensive pet fee I’ve ever paid and it was assessed in Twin Falls, ID. The fee was never mentioned by the reception staff who checked us in. If pet owners are staying at the property they should be told this exorbitant fee is $75!

The breakfast was great, they had just about everything you could think of Including Belgian waffles! They also had good coffee! The service was incredible. I had a problem with the keurig machine in our room, I told the maintenence guy and he checked to see if they had another and they did not. He then sent the a general manager to go get a new Keurig for us. The new one showed up in less than 20 minutes and he set it up for us in our room and we once again had great coffee! The bed was comfy as well. Two big TV's in the room. A full kitchen with utensils. A full size fridge. It really all took me by surprise! Great room, nice pool and hot tub, nice gym. There is even a outdoor kitchen attached to the hotel with fire places and outdoor seating which will be amazing during the summer. Definitely will be staying here again!

The pillows were kind of uncomfortable compared to other Marriott hotels I've stayed in. The little store by the front desk didn't have a great selection, not that THAT really matters. I would have liked to see ice cream in there... but there is a Culver's across the road that takes two seconds to walk to that has good ice cream and dessert.

The indoor poor

I did not appreciate the poor cooking supplied in the room. Individuals book a room with a kitchen to be able to cook. The pans were old, literally peeling off. Not to mention when you tried to cook in those pans it was pure tragedy. Horrible pans. I spoke to maintenance in getting some updated pans. Maintenance mentioned there were no extras and that they were on backorder. Also mentioned the change of quality of pans is due to customers stealing them. Maybe have a system to where these pans are checked out at the front counter and returned after the stay to minimize any of them being misplaced.
