Room was clean, nice, smell good, food was better than nothing! You can smoke your marijuana outside in the smoke area because marijuana in legal in Illinois! All kinds of restaurants near the hotel and the highway is right by the hotel too! I will stay again and the manager lady was very nice she helped me out when I was there and I really appreciate her! I can't remember her name, but she is a plus size woman w/eye glasses and she is Caucasian, she was very nice!!! Keep up the good work!!

The Pool wasn't working my whole stay but the last day of my stay, the Pool was back working!

Everything from checking in to out was fantastic.. Room was great! Slept well and nice area. Employees very nice.. Breakfast was great also! My sister even said it was a lovely quiet hotel. My chihuahua enjoyed it too,he and I needed a little trip away.

Except for the slow water flow for the bathroom tub. Took awhile but at least it was warm. If I came back again love for it to be fixed. Didn't like deposit 😕 never had to pay in my 30yrs but I hope to receive it back. If I do I ll be returning to stay because i had a great time.

Room was big enough for two adults and two toddlers. I like how the floor wasn't carpeted, easier to clean up after my toddlers.

We didn't have any maid service come in to clean our room. (We never had the sign on the door saying not to come in.) The breakfast needed more options. I have food allergies and all I could eat that was offered was the toast. The pool was clean, but the smell of the chlorine was overwhelming. The elevator sounded like it could crash at any time.

The location was excellent. In very close proximity to major interstate with easy accessibility. The entire establishment seemed to be genuinely smoke free. The staff were friendly and helpful. The linens were clean and appeared to be brand new. The bed was comfortable, with an abundance of pillows.

The breakfast was adequate with excellent coffee and easily accessible. However, it was lacking in protein and fruit and offered mostly highly starchy and sugary foods. Probably what most people look for to start their day, but not really suited to our more healthy preferences.

It was a decent hotel with all basic facilities. Breakfast was adequate. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to some problem. But everything was good. It was a great hotel in this price.

Not much, only the elevator looked really old and was making noises. But it was working great.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. They were quick to please. We were happy and will probably reserve with them again next year.

Wish that the floors could have been a little cleaner and the TV newer and little bigger but, really, we don't have any complaints for the value. If we wanted higher star value, we should have paid a higher price at a different hotel. All that to really say, we are pleased for what we paid.

it was quite. customer service was great.

pool was TINY. and it stated it was a heated pool but it was freezing. also, they switched my room because I booked a king suite, but booking.com does NOT state that kids can’t stay in that room. price was a little high for the room.

The location was excellent, my wife and I were completely satisfied and we will be making reservations at this Days Inn again. The staff was very polite and assisted us any way they could.

There was nothing to complain about The stay was comfortable and the facilities were perfect for my wife and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

We enjoyed our couples get away together with the King Studio Suite, it had the jacuzzi tub. Definitely a nice spot for a reasonable price.

Air conditioning worked well during a hot weekend. Issue with shower was fixed immediately.

Without previous notice, charged an additional $100.00 on credit card as assurance the room was kept non-smoking. No mention of this at all on Booking.com, found out about this at time of checkin.
