We stayed for two nights. I did not expect too much since this is not a five-star hotel. However, I was happy that the room was clean and tidy. The elevator is outdated, but it works. The dining area is small, but it’s okay. The breakfast options included pancakes, waffles, sausages, scrambled eggs, muffins, bread, cereal, juice, yogurt, and coffee. I would like to mention that the hotel is conveniently located near Walmart and several fast-food restaurants. Also, the staff were all nice and kind, which made our stay even more pleasant. It was our first time booking La Quinta in St. Louis, and I am a satisfied customer. Thank you!

This property is across the street from the Convention Center, which was the principal reason for my choice. The room was clean and serviced daily, which is better than many other two star accommodations. Bathroom was functional and had a full set of towels which were changed daily. Refrigerator was on and kept a couple of beers cold. I wouldn't recommend it for perishable items.

Breakfast was OK. Sausage was good, scrambled eggs and omelettes had cooled off too much and were not very appetizing. Several other options were available. My son and I had a room with two queens. There was one desk chair and one lounge chair. The latter could not be positioned under a reading lamp.

The property itself was very clean and well kept. It smelled amazing once walking in.

The only thing I didn’t favor from my stay wasn’t about the property itself, more so the actually bedroom. The AC was off when we entered and it was very hot but the room itself was beautiful. We turned the AC on and it took a little while for the whole room to cool off. Other than that it was perfect. Also I’d be cautious of the tub when showering. It was quiet slippery.

The beds were comfortable but could maybe be replaced soon as I found a large stain on the side of the mattress while inspecting for bed bugs, which I did not find any of. It felt clean and comfortable. The AC unit did not make any loud, uncomfortable noises throughout the night. It goes as low as 61 degrees which was awesome during this insane summer heat. Breakfast was okay. The waffle maker had some sticky burnt stuff on it. I made an extra waffle to hopefully pick up some of the burnt stuff but the second waffle stuck worse so we didn't make a third for my partner. It seemed like the waffle machine hadn't been cleaned recently. The waffle I made tasted fine, and what I would expect at a hotel continental breakfast. My partner ate the scrambled eggs and sausage and really enjoyed them. He said the eggs were seasoned very nicely. The juice machine was great! It's a very safe area. Away from the interstate but still close enough that it costs no time to get back onto the road. Parking was available and not difficult to find. Lots of food options around too!

The elevator seemed a little sketchy but it never made any weird noises while we used it. The walk-in shower was nice since I personally do not like tubs in a hotel room but they seemed a little older and like they needed to be replaced/ re-done soon.

The staff was very helpful when we requested extra towels and luggage racks. The beds were the best of the seven we slept in during our three week travels. The flavor changes to the waffle batter was fun and the slight variations in the breakfast menu was a good break. The staff went above and beyond finding three luggage racks for our stay and extending our stay in the same room when bad weather caused problems for us the day were were scheduled to leave. Really impressed that they had cranberry juice, too. Over all, it was a great base to visit our family in the area from.

The AC was not great, had to turn it way down to keep the room cool anywhere beyond the first bed and the desk, and the room didn't originally have any luggage in it. The bathroom counter space was small for even two adults let alone three of us.

Everything was clean and they had a great variation for breakfast. Pancakes, sausage, eggs, toast, cereal, and lots more. The staff was very nice and helpful and understanding of our needs.

We had troubles with the people below us saying we were being to loud and all we were doing was walking. So if you have kids I recommended you request a room on the ground floor. They needed to work better during breakfast to make sure the trash cans erte empty.

The scrambled eggs, sausages, muffins, pancakes, juices, and fresh coffee were first rate at the facility each and every morning. We really enjoyed our early morning breakfast before we headed out for either the Cahokia mounds state park or St. Louis.

Really we didn’t have any complaints during our stay. The staff was unusually friendly and we really like the location.

The place was in good condition, newish and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was fine, not great but adequate.

I could hear the people in the room adjacent talking at very low volume. They weren't yelling or watching loud TV but their voices were still audible enough that I had to use ear plugs to get to sleep. I will never stop complaining about thin walls at hotels as there is no excuse for not prioritizing sound proofing more than almost all hotels currently do.

The elevator was quick but loud lol. The staff was very nice. Any questions I had they answered. A very positive atmosphere

Now... whatever you do, don't get any room near the elevator and the ice machine. The ice machine surges all night long and the elevator you can hear "ding" and the movement of the door opening and closing I had room 317 I could've made the complaint to switch rooms but by the time I realized what was going on I had already settled in and was pleased with my view

I was traveling by myself, and I am disabled and use a wheelchair. But from the moment I checked in, I felt welcome, comfortable, and SAFE! The friendly staff and the size and accessibility of the handicapped room made my stay better. The bathroom looked updated and beautiful! The breakfast was yummy, and the lobby was welcoming.

The only thing that needs any change is...the building is showing its age. It was obvious that some things have been updated, but other areas would benefit from new carpet and a coat of paint. But that didn't affect my stay at all.
