It was a great location for who we were to visit . and the breakfast was great everyday. I loved the pool and was able to use it most evenings before going off to bed. The lady Laura at the front desk was of such a great help with all our time to get extra dates added and during our stay. She is a great person to have on your staff. Keeper for sure...

For all the things that were great the toilet paper had a lot to desire. What a poor quality for such a nice place. cheap cheap cheap. Sorry but we think you could surely do better.

Room was nice. Breakfast was decent, better than other places. Staff very pleasant. Seemed well maintained.

Our stay was too short. Actual flatware would be a nice touch over disposable plastic ware.

The breakfast was still warm when we got down there. I did not know that the name of the person who bought the room would have to be 21 in Illinois, but the front guy was nice and let us in to our room anyway.

The fitness center's treadmill shut down on my sister when she went to use it, as well as the fitness center only has lat pulldowns available for lifting or pulling exercises. Great place other than that.

The rooms were spacious and comfy. The pool was great and breakfast was pretty good.

The night desk man was unhelpful and a bit rude when we told him we had lost something and wanted to check lost and found he told us to come back in the morning and refused to look but the morning shift was very nice. Never did find those lost trunks though. No

Our garbage wasnt emptied, we ran out of tissues and there were no clean towels. Was told by evening shift front desk person that housekeeping does not clean until after departure

We had family from 3 states coming in for a funeral so wanted a place we could all stay and see each other. This was during the end of COVID but the staff was SO accommodating to our larger group! I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who checked us in and was so helpful because she was amazing!! All staff greet you and welcome you when you come and go. Since we have family in the area, we will be staying here again!! I didn't give the breakfast a high mark because it was a 'bag' breakfast due to COVID. They had several bags ready for pickup and there was enough food to fill you up! I would imagine the 'normal' breakfast would be just as good!

Tail end of COVID so breakfast was not being served, but they did provide a pre-made bag breakfast (pastry or muffin, granola bars etc). It is not my typical breakfast but I thought they did a good job of providing variety during hard times.

Super clean, very friendly and helpful staff, amazingly comfortable bed. The gym was nice too. Very affordable.

I wish it would have been a fresh breakfast but I knew that their was not going to be one, anyway we are not unhappy about the bags the safer the better. The fresh coffee was also delightful THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

The bathroom, The bath tub was not very clean, for me the toilet was not high enough. I was offered the disabled one that I had requested but it was on the 3 floor I said no,I would have had to walk to far. More on 1st floor better yet.
