Clean and quiet room and comfortable bed.

It was a great stay with my family at this location. Facility is good. They aren't any restaurants or food places near this hotel however, you just have to drive five minutes to get into a nearby town. Overall, the location was good because it was right next to the highway. If I have to, I'll definitely stay here again.

Rooms could've been a bit more cleaner specially the carpet. The heating wasn't working properly at all the whole night the room was cold. I didn't mention it to the reception because it was Christmas holidays and we were in hurry to leave the next day as well.

I loved the comfort; the cleanliness of the location and rooms are amazing. The pillows were soft as heck and the bed is beyond soft and comfortable I knocked out as soon as I laid down.

I was not too fond of the breakfast they had a bunch of options like cereal, bagels, yogurt, waffles, the main course meal was scrambled eggs with biscuits and gravy. I do not like the biscuits and gravy but I was wanting something like bacon or sausage and there no other options. I ended up eating the waffle and some cereal. Regardless the breakfast was not terrible but not for me.

We really enjoyed it here. It was super clean, smelled fresh and clean, and the breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choices. The only thing that was weird was that we only had 3 bath towels in our room for a family of 4 and a 3 day stay. 3 out of the 4 of us, were female, so we really needed 2 each. When we asked for more towels, we were told we could only get 2 more. Other than that, it was a great experience. We would definitely stay again even though it was a little further than we thought from our adventures.

Beds were very comfortable. The rooms were a good size too and a good breakfast each morning

We didn’t get any room service for the 4 days we were there and had to ask for more toilet paper and towels. Other than that we were happy with the room

We left before the entire breakfast was available. Grabbed a muffin and bagel to go, along with a coffee. Staff was terrific and friendly. Room was clean. AC was fine. Bathroom was clean. Property was about what I expected and why we booked to stay there.

Not sure there was anything. Only slept there, so not much of an opinion.

The staff was all very friendly. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The breakfast had a considerable selection and was tasty! Checking in and out was fast and easy and there was plenty of close parking.

The only thing and it wasn't even that big a deal was the bathroom door didn't close enough to lock. It shut, but the lock couldn't be engaged and the door could just be pushed open from the outside.

Quiet; area is safe; good tv channel selection; comfortable mattresses; good breakfast

Walking access to only one restaurant (next door at Holiday Inn) whose hours are limited; a long way from downtown Chicago; an hourly shuttle to the Burlington Metra train in nearby LaGrange would be nice. There’s no place to park all day near the station & many people would like to avoid driving and parking in downtown Chicago.

Based on some Reviews, I thought it was a bad choice. Spent two nights and I was pleasantly surprised!!

On complimentary breakfast - food would get finished in the trays and people would wait some good minutes for refills....

Quite modern and nice. Good cafe zone, gym, nice rooms with fridge, coffeemachine, microwave

Wifi network that glitches everyday with the Terms page not loading. You have to "forget" the network every new day and repeat One day there was no milk in the breakfast, at all. They said "delivery didn't come"... But 3 hours is more than enough to drive and buy the milk in a grocery opposite the street. So overall, staff and management are poor.
