The hotel was updated, clean, and had a great location. Denny's was next door and so was a target for last minute things we needed. We felt safe in the location and it was right off the interstate. Would stay again if we come back. The beds were way comfortable for a firmer mattress.

Was an older hotel and they painted the bathtub to update it which isn't the problem, the problem is that the paint was horribly chipped. Also the bathroom mirror had a light but no way to turn it on.

what first caught my eye when i walked into my room was how clean and spacious my room was. And then my fiancé looked at the tv and it said “good evening, diana”. that was the icing on the cake! Complimentary pure life, lots of towels, bed made perfectly. I was so happy about how beautiful the room was and how little i spent on it for it to be so nice. the lady who checked us in was AMAZING and gave me so many details about the hotel and signing up for the rewards program. automatically gave me two keys (seeing 2 people would be staying) & an upgraded room. i was very very happy with this stay. I felt like i was out of the country in a hotel room with how gorgeous and clean it was! there are no hotels this nice near where i live! Top tier.

the bathroom was just a little small to my liking. one person can’t pee while the other opens the door. next time i’ll know to get a bigger room if two people are staying in it. I loved everything else about it though! also i wish the check out was at 12noon like the other hotels I’ve visited when out of town.

Everything was great. The employees were nice. The room was clean and quiet. Location was convenient.

The only issue was that we booked two queens but the person at the front desk when checking in said we booked a king size bed. I showed him our reservation and he was able to give us two queens but there should not have been a discrepancy.

The rooms were very clean and updated! The front desk folks were beyond nice and accommodating to our needs. Lovely place to stay and close to stores so you can gather any supplies your missing.

Breakfast was never served even though we were told it was at 6am. went over to Denny’s next door and came back at 7am and still nothing for breakfast. not sure if this was an isolated incident. Also would wish their was a exhaust fan in the bathroom to draw out water vapor from taking hot showers.

The room was very clean no dust no smell 👍

The breakfast is horrible and the stuff working there is rude specially Sabrina the night receptionist Except HEATHER the morning receptionist she is very nice and helpful

Large, clean room. Very nice staff at reception. Ample parking. Nice restaurant on premises. Excellent location near main routes and highways, but far enough not to hear at night. Good selection of TV channels and built in streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video).

I could not turn off ventilator in bathroom. It was on all day and all night, so it was noisy. Ear plugs came in handy.

The bed was very, very nice! The room size was great. The pillows were high class. There was a refrigerator, which made not having breakfast included more convenient. The staff helped take in and out my suitcases for me.

There was nothing to hang anything on in the closet--no bar or hangers. The bathroom was quite small, and the door would not stay open by itself.

Staff super friendly except for the lady running the morning breakfast Cafe. She was in a bit of a mood seemed grumpy

The lady running the Cafe she was paranoid about the coffee machines and she would turn the milk off to the coffee machine when she finished her shift.

the place was clean and comfortable. the temperature was easily adjusted. the kids enjoyed the huge screen.

I asked for a crib for my infant. the room service person was surprised when I asked for a mattress for the crib!! she said people dont usually ask for a mattress!! (I dont know how is that). anyway, we ended up using blankets instead of a mattress for the infant because they dont have a mattress for that particular crib :)

Was traveling for work, and the location was really convenient for commuting to Argonne National Lab. Due to COVID restrictions, it was most convenient for me to eat meals at the hotel restaurant, Willby's, with which I was pleasantly surprised! I had a chance to sample most of the items on their menu, and every item was above average to excellent. Plus the staff were super friendly!! Considering the circumstances, I couldn't have been happier with my stay.
