The breakfast was very good. It was our 40th anniversary and we wanted to take our breakfast to our room We were told we would be charged an additional $5.00 per meal.

The toilets were too low and the bathtub looked old It was our 40th wedding anniversary and we wanted to take our breakfast to our room and we're told that we would have to pay an additional $5 per plate to do that. We didn't like that very much.

The late check out

Could not get coffee from hotel. I had to walk to the nearest restaurant just get a cup of coffee. I didn’t pay for the breakfast option. Coffee provided in room don’t always work out to taste. Continental breakfast would have been a great!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall was clean just a few minor things I would have wanted different. Pool was excellent.

food was present on the floor which made me wonder if it had been vacuumed. My bed was missing a mattress cover. The bed my kid was using had one but mine didn’t. Ordered a breakfast sand-which for 8.00$, it was very soggy and greesy. I couldn’t eat it.

I loved the friendly staff and the comfort of the room.

The paying for parking deal is a real downer. It is just 5.00 dollars but really why is needed. The place has ample parking. I say make people pay if they bring in more than 2 vehicles. My husband and I use the place as a getaway, and we tend to use separate vehicles. I am paying 10.00 dollars plus a deposit to stay somewhere. Give people a break, there was a pandemic and coins are very limited. You already charging a good price for the room. just give a little. This has been my red talk.......lol

I like the comfort of the hotel as well of the best cleaned rooms, beautiful outdoor/indoor pool area, the staff always greet you with a smile

Nothing at all

I always have a wonderful time at check in. The staff is polite and friendly. My checkout sometimes has me in awe. I was charge for an additional 30 minutes after asking for a late check out. I always have been able to get a late check out but to be charged for 30 minutes wow.....I won't say it will stop me from coming but there is always room to over some extension.

Charged for an extra 30 minutes, parking pass 5 dollars. we might need to place this hotel in downtown chicago for these extra prices.

The location and good size room.

Too spare. Badly soiled carpet. Loud people in hall after midnight. No luxuries. Very basic furnishings and amenities. No enough water or tea.

very accommodating. great location. top notch customer service from check in to check out. check on staff was awesome. Theresa at the restaurant and Joe and Ed were fantastic!!!

From the time we checked in the staff was exceptional. The room was spotless.This will be our go to hotel from now on.

The restaurant and their staff were amazing. Good food, prompt service! Shout out to Ed our server, despite being extremely busy, being the only server and bartender, he was delightful, courteous and as prompt as he could be under the circumstances.

Issues with check in that were not up to Marriott standards. However, things were eventually resolved by the managerial staff.
