Apparently the hotel was over booked and they only had one room for us. We reversed 2 rooms but only one was available when we checked in. The hotel tried to make it right by giving us a 2 bedroom suite but that is not what I booked. I will not be using booking.com in the future.

Upgraded appliances in the location, Merrillville location was a better experience and I based that off staying here but I would stay at Merrillville before coming back and some of the guest too rowdy

The First Room I Had It Was Junky And Not Clean Bed Was A Mess And The Tv Was Left On And Beer Bottles Were Everywhere Like Someone Just Had Got Up And Left The Room

The breakfast was very good, we really enjoyed it, especially the little omelets. The complimentary wine, beer and appetizers Monday thru Fri were very good, brats,chps, pulled pork,chicken fajitas. We also enjoyed sitting on the terrace overlooking the lake.The location was safe and very nice. The staff was very friendly.

The only thing that really bothered us was none of the staff were wearing masks and alot of the guests weren't either and one was coughing and sneezing, we've had our vaccine, but we're older and that made us feel uncomfortable, more safety measures with covid were definitely warranted, all the attractions required masks.

We liked the location, the room was pretty nice for two adults and one child Queen suite. The hotel was clean staff was great and the hotel wasn't noisy or loud during the evening or late night hours. We got to see the fireworks on the 4th. and afterwards had a great nights sleep.

We've been here at the Staybridge Oakbrook location many times before. We did not enjoy the breakfast much pre- Covid-19 or now, but there are 4 breakfast spots less then a mile away from the hotel. your also able to bring and cook your own breakfast in your suite.other then that the hotel is great.

Clean room with good accomodations. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Ray at front desk was cordial and professional was the best part of the stay. .

Bathroom smelled a little bit of sewage.

Breakfast was alright, the hot food was not so good, so I typically went with a muffin or banana with juice, however, the staff was amazing which made up for the mediocre food.

Location is great. Service is great. Also hotel is clean and quiet

Smoking disposals placed in front of side building exit doors. It causes ciggarette smoke to blow on your clothes when going inside doorway.
