Excellent the children really enjoyed the breakfast and wanted to stay extra days.

Telephone wasn't working for room service or any other service we reported that. Constantly had to leave room to request more towel. Also gave a 24 hour for the room to be cleared both to front desks and housekeeping supervisor on the third day the rooms finally got cleaned. Toilet was malfunction in one of the room. Maintenance came in and solve the problem right away but the bathroom needs be clean and Housekeeping supervisor told the maintenance to clean the bathroom. Keep in mind the room wasn't clean for couples of days. The Children went swimming during swimming lessons given and were told to stay in a designated area. Other than that we as a family outing enjoyed the stay.

The hotel was nice. It was clean. The staff was friendly. There was a Starbucks and a bar/restaurant in the hotel. Would stay there again if I was in the area.

We were on the 7th floor which for some reason required key card accesses in the elevator. Multiple times that did not work. This lead to us just riding in the elevator to try and get back to the lobby. We went to the desk at least 3 times only to keep having the issue happen again. Our key cards were working for the room and even when using the gym. However, the elevator was an issue. We even tried the stairs once, but the 7th floor doors were also locked. This was very frustrating after attending a concert in the city doing a lot of walking, driving back to the hotel being stuck in traffic. We got back late and it look over 15min just to get to our floor somehow.

Everything was exceptional. Especially enjoyed the suite layout of the room. We didn't realize until we checked in and got to our room, that we had to change it to accommodate my elderly father with an accessible room (larger bathroom with safety bars). The staff was exceptional in getting us situated with the room change. The room was excellent and met all of our needs. We were also able to extend our check-out time which was extremely helpful because we were timing a home closing with the start of a long distance drive to our new relocation destination.

Did not have hot water two mornings in a row. Took several hours to heat up, so had to wait to take a shower.

Staff and facility was fantastic and everyone was very nice

The room could have been cleaner. Hairs on the floor in the bathroom that were not ours, carpet had not been vacuumed in a while and my allergies to dust were very intense for the three days we visited. Even the sheets felt Dusty. Just more attention to cleanliness of the room. Other Hilton's that we stay I'd have the sticker on the outside of the door that your room has been cleaned and sanitized and this one did not!

Certain that I was comfortable! Our times to be Keyana, Yvonne and Diego have been exceptional in terms of customer service, every single time!! Impressive!! We're having a seasonal change in temperatures here and it's not easy to balance heat with a/c. There was a small issue with the system, Diego addressed it immediately and offered a room change, provided me with extra warm blankets when I refused because this one was so comfortable. In spite of the heat, which was 70 degrees, no big deal for any of us. I'm just thin and get cold easily. They did everything they could to make me feel at home and it worked! Thank You!!! I'm waiting for my pipes at home in Wisconsin, to thaw from the winter freeze so, I'm just booking a few days at a time. I loved staying at The Double Tree Suites Hilton So Much!! Many Thanks to Diego, Keeyana, Yvonne, Leslie, Jose, and phenomenal maintenance staff, that came to my room at least 4 times to ensure my comfort. Just, Wow!! I've booked my stay 4 times over just last week! Never, felt better during a move!! Thanks for the great rest friends!! I appreciate you!!

If we are paying the same prices as we were pre-covid hoax, we should be able to get the same services without the chore of begging for the basics. A no lack mentality, here. We need to restore room service. I like to eat my meals on real dishes with real silverware and I don't always like to leave my room. I would like more hotels to check with me about scheduling basic services. Housekeeping should check with us, as the customer to see which service we need each day and make it a special point to check with longer term guests about daily garbage removal. As your guest for over a week, I should not have to worry about overwhelming housekeeping on my last day of my stay. It discourages people to clean up to go packages from over a week's stay.

Stayed Monday - Friday for work and didn't get a fresh set of towels. To be fair I didn't call and ask, but by the time I got back to the room each night I just wanted to crash. Not a reflection on staff I would say but probably a management policy that could use updating. Had to go to the bar for a plastic cup as well. No actual glassware in the room. Two small paper cups for the coffee maker. The in location Starbucks was a time saver though!

The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

When we checked in I was handed a cookie with walnuts in. I have a nut allergy. it felt awkward having to walk through the fancy lobby and conference areas to access hotel amenities such as the pool. Music being played by the hotel in the hallways was too loud and could be heard in the rooms. Our first night there was no where to park.

Love the connecting rooms, location, free parking and rooms were a nice size. I live in DG family came in from Colorado enjoyed the hotel.

We did not like the swim lessons taking place when we used the pool space was limited for swimming. It would be nice if a free breakfast and cocktail hour was offered similar to Embassy Suites.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable (not the sofa beds, though). Pool was basic but clean and my kids enjoyed it. Ample free parking. Great location to get around western suburbs if you have a car (nothing is walkable); lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Great price for what you get.

Weeknights were fine, but seems to attract noisy parties on weekends! Even though we were in the back corner on the fourth floor, we could hear people loudly talking and laughing at 3am. One of our mini fridges was missing the door on the freezer compartment within it, which effectively turned the whole thing into a freezer despite turning it to the weakest setting; very disappointing to try to pour yourself a bowl of cereal only to discover the whole milk carton is frozen solid! We notified the front desk about this, but they didn't fix it during our 10-day stay.
