the staff at night when I checked in was awesome!! I liked how nice the room was and very affordable!

I didn’t like how’s the bathroom looked kind of sloppy (paint caulking) and was very small

everyone at the front desk was kind & very helpful. The staff has no problems with accommodating, giving extra wash clothes & sheets. management was there in the mornings and were very kind as well. The property was Spotless & so were the rooms, the beds were also very comfortable. This place was a home away from home & I definitely recommend this place to anyone that loves peace & kindness.☺️🥰

the only thing missing was a smart tv!

Great location, nice people, breakfast in a bag worked out well for us. All around pretty good place. I will stay there again when in town.

Tired after driving 500 miles, 98 degrees and humid, parked a ways away from the room, get to the room and the key doesn't work. Totally maddening. Girl at desk finds the manager, nice guy, takes care of it. All Ok, BUT not the way to start a relationship!!

Very comfortable room for four people. Spacious. Very friendly staff. The couch mattress is not for big children, but we solved it with an inflatable mattress that we brought with us. Good heating, we went in April and we were not cold.

I would like to say that the staff is rarely accommodating professional and polite. When I go to the register, it's really quick IN AND out transaction.

My stay here was really nice, I appreciate all of the amenities and the staff was really really well I really do not have any complaints

Weather stripping around the door leaked a lot of cold air into the room. My room never received it's 15th day cleaning. The coffee pot needs replacing.

The fact that the rooms have a mini kitchen to be able to cook instead of always having to go out to eat is fantastic. The staff is always great and helpful.

During our stay we had luke warm warm water for showering. The knob was all the way up and still didn't get even a tad bit warmer or hotter water.

The kitchen was great/ Our shower was nice- good water presure. The Front desk was helpful

The carpet had been shampooed? it was damp which was weird the pull out couch had to be moved to another place in room because we could not open it up all the way in the position it started in Fold out couch was uncomfortable and quite noisy

The bedroom was clean and had considerable size, with a complete kitchen, and the property is well located in Lombard, near supermarkets and a mall

If you are planning to visit Chicago, be aware that it takes 40 minutes by car on average to get there

I like the feel of the property. It was extremely comfortable and home like.

There should be an indoor pool with sauna and jacuzzi. Swimming shouldn’t be regulated to the warm weather only. Consider enclosing it with a open roof option so this feature can be used anytime of year. Also welcome to the world of streaming. You need to include movies for purchase. As part of girls night we wanted to order a movie but couldn’t. You didn’t have that option. Up the tv to a smart tv so we can mirror the television with our apps from our smart phone such as prime. This was my biggest disappointment. Lastly, the kitchen cleaning products should include some type of antibacterial element especially during covid 19. Provide a small antibacterial spray for the room to further insure that the room is clean. Some people carry the “blue” light with them.
