Location was good. Room size was very good with a reception and a bedroom.

My room, 422, had a terribly noisy motor under that side of the hotel. Make sure you don't stay in this side. Internet inside the bedroom was almost non existent. You had to be outside in the living area to get internet. TV was not a smart TV. So I couldn't mirror Netflix nor Amazon prime. And the channels on the tv weren't good.

Came for my son's 16th birthday, very careful about where we stay he has autism and he loves space the staff made sure we were in high room so he can use his telescope to watch the planet's and stars...I was comfortable with him moving around hotel without him knowing I'm watching from balcony it's also very family friendly this was my second time in one month and we we definitely be back a lot in summer he also loves water.....Thanks Carrie ❤️

nice place, awsome valconu views, I requested top floor and they gave me a room on topfloor, and kids loved it!

Not so much -Didn't like- more as was alittle uncomfortable with= (But no fault in hotel) woke up to looking out window down to my car in parking lot and it was filled with state trooper squad cars, than we went out our room to go get breakfast and Troopers were everywhere in the hotel, I guess they had stayed there for some type of training in area, and just caught us by surprise and was just an unsettling feeling in my gut for some odd reason... And kids were really nervous too. I would probably have booked a different location if I knew they were staying their also, hotel should have posted something on their website or something about the many officers presence for those dates

The staff had attitude when I asked the bartender for napkins and utensils. Had to pay for overnight park? At over $200.00 per night that should be included. Breakfast staff had an attitude as when I asked for a second plate to cover my food, and she was way to into her conversation with her co worker when I approached to get breakfast. We pay her salary, and with out is she won’t have a job.

I love the customer service of the entire team and the breakfast was superb.

The fire alarm was as pulled by some kids and we did get the proper information about what to do. Which I really feel like as unacceptable when you are dealing with human lives .

The property was clean, spacious and staff very friendly. The breakfast was superb. We slept really well because the rooms were sooooo quiet and the air conditioning wasn’t too loud. they even give free drinks and snacks in the evening 5.30-7pm

The rooms are a little dark and slightly dated. could do with an overhaul. But everything was fine.

I like that it was convenient and the staff at the front desk was friendly 😉

I didn't like the bartender when we got our free drinks she was rude and seemed to come off a lil racist I didn't even go back for my second drink because she made it feel uncomfortable.

I got an email to upgrade my room for $17 extra, I selected I wanted to upgrade but unfortunately I had the same smaller room I originally booked so I had to pay more than $17 to get the bigger suite which I thought was the original room I booked? Somewhat confusing and disappointing.

The location was great, close to stores and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent.

We had to switch rooms because of a backed up sink, that was an inconvenience.

The front desk staff was very friendly and sociable. Carlos was cool as a fan.

The price of the room was a little expensive. We paid anyway cause it was worth it.
