The price for our three night stay was good.

My friend showers at night; she had no complaints. I like morning showers, but there wasn't any hot water. The first two mornings it was barely lukewarm and the last morning the water was too cold to shower. I wouldn't consider this a bad review, though. Most of the staff were very pleasant & the hotel was clean.

Staff was friendly room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable, and breakfast was well stocked and good.

When I first walked in to the room it was clean but the toilet and seat was very dirty... I had to clean it off myself was covered with feces.... I just don't think the cleaning staff felt it was up to there pay grade to clean it.. other then that had a good stay.

The room was bigger than suspected and very clean. The tv was rather large and the beds were super comfortable. Super convient location. perfectly in the middle of Manteno and Bourbonais

the only down sides were that one the 3rd floor we didn’t have amazing water pressure. It was still good but nothing to write home about. And the elevator is a bit spooky, but as are all elevators.

I liked that it was right off the highway and quiet. The breakfast was on point needed another waffle station kids stayed there for a while but over all food was good.

I didn’t like the fact that the coffee pot was in the bathroom who makes coffee in the bathroom.

Great staff, good rooms

When someone requests accessible room and it isnt available, more effort should be placed on then trying to locate them near elevator as opposed to last room down the hall. Also need to replace chairs outside the front entrance - we missed them!

The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. Many places close by to eat or get snacks. The pool room was so warm and the pool water was not too bad either!

We had to switch rooms upon arrival due to a toilet blockage. The breakfast was not that great.

Clean, quiet. Just off the highway. Various fast food places nearby. Plenty of room in parking lot for a large vehicle. Rooms and halls seemed to have new carpets. Hot breakfast hit the spot. Bed was comfortable. Staff were informative and friendly. Hard to beat the current room rates.

Bathroom floor: some cracked tile and loose caulking could use some TLC. Plus the bathroom fan didn't seem to be working. A bit surprised to see not everyone wore a mask....

My stay was excellent was quite just all good . I was closed to where I needed to visit my dad

Well only one thing I did like was the pool had to much chlorine that it discolored my daughter shirt and her top to her swim suit and my other daughter it damaged her hair ..

The room was spacious, very clean and attractive. There was actually hot breakfast food, a welcome change from the past year! Helpful staff. Despite the location just a stone's throw from HWY 57, my room was quiet--perhaps because it was on the side away from the highway? Plenty of parking for those driving large vehicles. Good quiet air conditioning was a plus on a hot humid day.

Elevator was out of service--good exercise climbing to the third floor. :-) Bathroom had a few issues: cracked and mismatched floor tiles with cracked and missing grout--not consistent with the high standards through the rest of the establishment. Constant drip from shower/bathtub spout.

There was gluten free muffins on Saturday. . As a celiac it was a suprise. Had hoped for the same on Sunday, but nothing was available. But still so thankful for the treat on Saturday!
