Property was in a great location with many restaurant options within a short distance. The property was also very clean, including our room, which was also very spacious and comfortable. The late-night front desk rep was very welcoming and friendly (the daytime reps were attentive, but not very friendly.. just going through the check-in motions). We had attended an event in town, and upon our return, we purchased a few items from the market. The late-night rep took the time to ask how the event was, and had a short conversation with us.

I enjoyed the entire experience from the time that I checked in through the time that I checked. The staff was extremely pleasant and professional. The decorations during the Christmas Holiday was beyond my expectations from the hanging icicles to the 12 foot Christmas tree. Breakfast was amazing as well. I had never seen an automatic pancake maker throughout my travels (I travel a lot). The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and the heat at the proper setting. I can go on and on but the most important part of my experience is that I will never forget it and plan to return again.

Everything exceeded my expectations.

I really did like my stay. We had 7 people with us and everyone did great with a large party. We had 4 kids and they just wanted the pool. It really is the perfect size. However the moment they got to the auto pancake maker that quickly became the #1 thing for them!! They could watch it as it was being made and it was very cool! I wouldn't mind bringing that one home with me!!! Family came by and the hotel let the kids swim in the pool with our kids. That was soo sweet! I can't express just how much gratitude I have for that! Thank you the all the staff. You made our vacation the best!

Well I'm sad to say that I cut my feet in the pool. You have little bits of rocks at the bottom of the pool. I think it's from the flooring but I don't know. When you walk on it you cut you feet from the sharp sides. I did let the staff know and they did try to help me. With that being said I would still gladly come back!

The staff was friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a full buffet with hot eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, make to order pancakes....as well as regular fare like cold cereal, bagels, toast, juices and coffee. Plenty of free parking, which is always appreciated! Nice hotel - this is our second time staying here and we will choose this hotel again for future visits.

I wish breakfast had gone an hour later it seems I always missed it, When I checked out at the desk I only got a receipt for using my credit card but it would have been nice to get an itemized receipt for my 8 days, When I made the reservation I told them that I had problems walking but yet I was still put on the 4th floor all the way at the end, It was OK but walking with a cane I got tired very fast... But there truly was more good than not good and I would stay again and will

The bed! It was the most comfortable bed ever in any hotel any where we have ever stayed. We did not want to get up it was sooooo comfortable. I don't know what brand or model mattress is on the king bed, but I want one of those at home. Another plus is the location. The hotel is conveniently located near the intersection of a major north-south highway and an east-west interstate.

I inquired about renting the meeting room for a family breakfast I was going to cater. I never heard back from corporate. I took 65 people that were staying in your hotel from our wedding block of rooms out to breakfast at a nearby restaurant saving you money on your free breakfast. The least I could have received was a response to my request. Instead, the day after my event I received an e mail to close out my request. Very dissatisfied in your company.

The people was very friendly and helpful I was traveling from out of town for a wedding that started at 4:00 and my check in wasn't to 3:00 and it was 2:00 I explained that to the lady and she got right on it and let me do and early check in I was so happy the place was very clean and quiet would stay there again

I like how very clean and spacious the rooms were. I like how helpful and friendly the staff were. And , I like how parking is so plentiful and accessible.

I don't like how long it takes the hot water to heat up in the bathroom. And , I don't like how there is no price discount for frequent visitors.

the room that we booked when we walked in looks like the bed had been slept in and it wasn’t clean. also there was a scratch on the tv went down informed the staff and they upgraded our room to a king suite definitely coming back here again.
