La Quinta by Wyndham Chicago Tinley Park

My check in went smoothly, the room was clean (it had been vacuumed, the furniture had been dusted, all of the appliances were working, the bathroom was clean, the television was working, the wifi worked). I was a little late for breakfast so I missed out on some of the main attractions/food. I especially loved my room because it was near the door leading to the parking lot ( it was so convenient). I cannot leave out the reason I came to this particular venue, IT WAS PET FRIENDLY.

I can't think of any in particular currently. Sorry I cannot think of four sentences. Okay, here is my third sentence. Finally, here is my fourth sentence. More? I sincerely, cannot think of anything else.

Clean Staff was friendly and helpful

Breakfast needed much improvement Ran out of waffle batter . Many unhappy customers . Needed more variety of foods . Probably the worst continental breakfast we had in a motel. More fruits , eggs , sausages and danish would of been appreciative . There were grounds in my coffee. Otherwise we felt our overall experience was good .

The girl at the desk was extremely helpful and very kind.

The only complaint I have was there was a dirty towel left on the back of the bathroom door. Everything else I knew about. Like the non working elevator (which I dont take elevators anyways) . So that didnt matter to me. And I wasnt there to use the pool. So that wasnt an issue either.

I love the location. Its off the express way, near all the stores, and the restaurant. Check in was very easy. The staff is amazing. I wish I knew the name of the first desk clerk that had braids when I check in. She was so awesome. All the staff was great, very polite. Even when one of the desk clerk encountered a very rude guest, she was still polite and professional. The room was clean. Of course nothing is perfect, but it was nice. I have already booked my next stay.

There some hair in the shower… not a lot but one string is enough.

My stay was nice. The room was not too bad, just a tad bit outdated. Also the bathroom kind of smelled like urine. It wasn't the worst hotel, but for $112 a night at the time, I expected more. If I has to stay there again, I probably would. I was only there for 2 nights. The staff was great!

The bathroom had a faint smell of urine. Not the worst, but definitely not to my liking. The customer service was great! And the area was safe and I felt safe.

There was a select of items for breakfast. The dining room was clean and organized.

The entry into the hotel lot was a little strange.

The staff was exceptional. Always smiling courteous and friendly.

Room key deactivated. Had to get it reactivated several times. First day maintenance had to change battery in door. Second day management offered to change room but I declined since it was evening and I was leaving the next day.

Location

You could tell the facility is still short staff for worker some areas just were not clean enough.

Location is amazing and check in was fast. Room was comfortable and clean.

I was sad that the pool area was closed. They said due to covid but been to other hotels that have it open. That was main reason we booked there.

This was exactly what I needed. The location was wonderful. It was very close to the Convention Center, and there was also a Cracker Barrel restaurant within walking distance. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing. It was a perfect value for me.
