Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Staff was below average. Had to wait to check in - there was nobody at the desk. No coffee in the lobby- walked into the gaming area for the casino to get coffee. The staff would not let me take coffee out of the gaming area. Even though I was staying in the hotel, staff member said I had a coffee maker in the room- or I could buy it from the cafe. I then had to wait again to check out because once again- no one at the desk. There were no cocktail wait staff and one bartender for the whole casino. Very disappointed.

The room was comfortable. I really enjoyed the water pressure in the shower although the drain had some trouble. The comfortable bed was perfect. I usually don't eat at hotels, but since there were no nearby options I ate a sandwich from the deli and it was tasty but pricey.

Location is kind of far from any convenience stores or fast food places. You should buy supplies before you come. Also, the drain in the shower was slow, so if you like a good soak after a long drive it's not long until your standing in ankle deep water. Minor inconveniences though.

This is a great deal for the room! The staff was awesome, I had to turn around on my drive to the hotel and was not going to make it on time for check in, so they checked me in over the phone so I did not lose the reservation. The person at the front desk and on the phone were awesome, and the housekeeping staff was great too!

I wish they were better staffed in the casino, and that the poker room was open for longer hours, but I understand the issues they are having finding staff, so I do not put that on them.

did not eat breakfast. On Sunday we were going to eat breakfast but the restaurant was not open, only the buffet which we did not desire to spend $50 for the two of us!

The fact that the only way to have some breakfast on Sunday was to spend $50 for the buffet was not appreciated.

Breakfast was not as expected....for the price...nor quality of food.

The Buffet was ok....but again the quality of food was not very good and the price seemed awfully high. We stayed at this facility when it was Jumers....food was much better.

I have never slept in a hotel bed that was so comfortable. The quietness of the 1st floor was very much appreciated.

Toilets in most hotels are too low for arthritic knees.

Easy to get to, plenty of parking, very friendly and helpful employees.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable. A little firm.

I was disappointed in the number of blackjack tables. I know this is a difficult time with Covid and finding workers but finding a table was difficult most of the time

The choice was based on location. We were attending a funeral nearby at St. Mary's MonasteryWe did not find anything we did not like.
