I live the location. It's at the end of the downtown area so you're right there without all the commotion. Rooms are well kept and updated. I do love staying Here

My view wasn't as good as the last time I was there. When I called ahead of time after booking I asked if I could request a room on the upper levels, the receptionist told me no they were filling the rooms as they came in from basically the bottom to top. The 2 queen room with a view involved the roof top and the air units steaming from a lower floor blocking the water. I arrived at 11:45 pm and had difficulty getting staff to open the locked entrance. Some other guests opened the door with their room key so I could check in.

Staff very friendly size of the rooms . Breakfast bar food was great . Kids loved the pool , fountain and the elevator..

Had reservations, room wasn't ready at 4pm at check in time , but gave us cookies and water while we waited . Bathroom way to small and vent didn't seem to keep up with the moisture/steam from shower and the vent behind toilet seemed weird , why there , I wanted to cover it uo .? Bathroom floor dirty , turned socks yucky . Pull out couch bed nice, but only one pillow , two would be nice . The pool room floor paint coming up and water was super cold .. Your parking lot area not big enough . Rooms had no clocks .

Location. Lobby. Water fall. Clean modern designed rooms.

Terrible parking options. Had to pay in the parking ramp across the street. Loud Wedding reception going on/ didn't know about ahead of time. AC in room never got cool enough in 2 days. Refrigerator in room was not cold enough. Some Base boards were missing near the bathroom and some wall/ceiling repairs were unfinished- unpainted. We had 2 rooms 2 nights on 3rd floor. Both were like this.

My husband, infant and I had a lovely stay at the Doubletree. The lobby is beautifully presented and the rooms and comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is very centrally located (walking distance to many bars and restaurants, and often live music) but much more affordable than some of the surrounding hotels. I’m not sure why there have been quite a few bad reviews - it was a perfectly nice stay. We didn’t have the breakfast. There is also free parking.

Our room was an internal one so looked out on the atrium - which is very pretty, but not a lot of natural light. Not a big deal but I’d request an external-facing room next time.

We were extremely pleased with all aspects of our stay. The breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. Restaurant staff were funny and friendly and made it enjoyable.

We never had a visit from housekeeping which was fine because Al we really needed was towels and we just made what we had work for the weekend. The first day I did get towels from the staff but after that we never got any more and our room was not serviced.

Everything was great, room, staff, cleanliness. The only negative was the morning breakfast buffet. Not very good & a terrible set up regarding silverware. Went through & got food, only to have no way to eat it. Only one server (I understand shortages). Food cold before was able to eat it & no water or other drinks offered. Only saw him twice-once for silverware, (after asking other staff twice) & dropped bill on table. Need a better set-up. Said omelets were available. Never saw any evidence of anyone getting one-never offered.

The check in person, Chris, was awesome. He let us check in early and was very pleasant and informative. The ladies for the bar and breakfast were awesome too.

The only thing that was a dislike was there was still someone else's food left on the top shelf in the fridge in our room. Oh, and there were no food vending machines just drinks

Breakfast was very good. Servers were very good and friendly.

Price charged was not price agreed to when the reservation was booked. It was significantly higher. This was pointed out and we were assured it would be corrected. We have not seen a correction. In fact we have not been emailed a receipt for our stay.

The location was perfect for our visit to the Adler Theater. The room was very nice and the personnel were very friendly

I was disappointed that the cleaning staff came to our room fairly early. We hadn't gotten up yet, chose to sleep in. I didn't put the sign on the door since we have never had this happen.

Hotel was very clean and staff were very nice

Room could use some touching up. The wall had some damage with paint missing and the fixture in the shower seemed a bit loose.
