We loved everything , pool was a nice temp not too cold at all. Breakfast was wonderful many options to choose from and my kids loved the waffle maker. The place is very clean everywhere. Very happy with the service.

Well there was a big couple of buses of teenage kids that ran us out of the pool the last night because they were too rowdy for my girls. But that was not the hotel fault. We still had a lot of fun. My son is a teenager he fit right in lol

Location was perfect! We were 20-25 minutes away from all main attractions in St Louis. It was nice to leave the busy city and relax in peace and quite at the hotel. Having all the food options across the street was awesome along with a CVS next door, couldn't have asked for more.

Pool area was way too hot and humid. Couldn't breath in there for long. Had to go outside for fresh air. Ice machine was broke on the second floor so we had to go down to floor 1 for ice. I reported it but they never put an out of order sign on it. The floor was not vacuumed prior to us arriving but I asked them to come do it and they did it right away.

The price was a little bit higher for just a two nights stay! It was noisy! kids running up and down the hallway making terrible noise and keeping us awake! but that’s on the parents, not the hotel!

Susie at the front desk is delightful; she is friendly, helpful, and cheerful. The motel is easy to find, has nice landscaping, and is clean and attractive. There are plenty of clean towels and washcloths, and the shower is strong.

Our sink drained very, very slowly. The breakfast items (omelets, sausage, and potatoes) were quite bland.

booked a double Queen room, when we got there they had given our room away, we were given a king room with a rollaway, the rollaway mattress wouldn’t be comfortable for a dog. my 12yo and 8yo both had to sleep with me. not the best nights sleep

i would like to check, I made the reservation with a credit card and they told me I could pay with my debit card in the end of my stay, so I went to the front desk presented my debit card, they used it and told me it was all set, still they charged the credit card from my reservation. it appears they charged me twice, credit card and debit card

Breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful and very friendly.

The ice machine on our floor didn’t work (second floor) Also, In the indoor pool area it seemed as though the AC didn’t work and it was uncomfortably warm.

Hotel was in ‘like new’ condition, located close to major highway (but without ‘freeway’ traffic noise), and staffed with very friendly, customer friendly & courteous staff.

No printed receipt at check out and still waiting for receipt via email, As a business it’s important for us to do receipts timely for reporting services.

The hotel let me check in extremely early and did so complimentary. I cannot express enough how much I appreciated that i got to check in early and get rest after a 5am flight.
