The staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were huge and spacious. You can't get any closer to the Cardinals stadium (and I had a great view of it), so it was worth the expense to have that convenience.

My room was not all that clean when I arrived, but the person who cleaned it on day 2 was 100% an A+. The AC seemed a little spotty and the room could feel / smell a little musty, but it was also summer in St Louis. The beds and pillows were very comfortable but the linens in my room needed a major upgrade (note that other family members had rooms where the linens and towels were clean and new-ish, but mine were old and in bad shape but at least they were clean).

It was nice stay close to the Busch stadium. Breakfast was good but pricey. Very comfortable bed

The room was overcrowded with cars and tables. Don’t know why that was and it was very dusty!! Didn’t like the fact that we had to pay for parking. It should be included with the price of the room. The room prices were already high enough with extra for parking

The location was great. We were there for the Cardinals game. The stadium was across the street from the hotel..The bed was very comfortable. The shower was very nice. The bathroom was large.

I didn’t like the idea of one microwave for the entire floor. It was in a little room with the ice machine. The building has a strange layout but I didn’t get lost so I shouldn’t complain..

Ease of check in/ check out. Friendliness of staff, location to Busch Stadium.

I requested an early check in when I booked the rooms on April 29th for the June 25th stay. No one replied to my request, when I asked about it I was told early check ins where filled up the night before ( June 24th). I understand, but I requested this with my reservations 2 months prior. I requested my 2 rooms be close together. One was on the fourth floor, the other on the sixth.

It was right across from the stadium which was where we were going. Hotel was very pretty and room was clean and comfortable.

Parking was tough. They share a lot with where people park for the game and we got the last spot that the hotel owned which could’ve been a problem.

What I liked about the property is that we were there for the Cardinal’s game and it was accessible and it was a nice place to stay!

The only thing I didn’t like about the property, which is minor, is no microwave in the room and the refrigerator didn’t get cold enough.

i like the close walk to Busch Stadium, the ease of check in, and cleanliness of the rooms and lobby. we will stay here anytime we visit St. Louis, and possibly any other cities that have these hotels.

i do wish there were a few more people working the front desk, check in seems to be a super busy time and there seems to always be a wait when we check in.

The room and bathroom gave you plenty of room and I had a great view of the stadium. The hotel staff is amazing and the restaurant has great food.

The vent above the shower needed to be cleaned, the dust was falling in the shower.

Light in shower was broken Bedside lights not working? Couldn't find how to turn on Ice machine was broken on our floor A/C worked well, but blew on my face all night Staff was accommodating, but not "warm"

The staff were all excellent, from parking attendants to check in to bartender, all were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, great bed, great shower.

Overpriced due to location.
