When I booked, I booked because of the close proximity to the ball park & the free parking that was advertised. Instead I paid $25, which was very upsetting. The desk clerk said it wasn't free, even though I pulled up the app on my phone. However, the parking is secure & it is easy walking distance to Busch Stadium.

Oh it was like a big apartment. The room with 2 beds, then separated with a living room, 2 tvs. You can't beat that. I want that room again. Is it a pacific name of the room it's called when ordering online? Made me feel like home. When having the 2 children with me and my boyfriend. When they got to running around getting tired and whining. We made them go in the room and watch TV, finally they laid down and went to sleep. I won't that room again, when I come back!

The carpet needs to be shampooed. Too many spots

The beds were comfy and the space was quiet. The pool was also very nice! I loved having a big bed to sleep in with my partner. The staff was very lovely and friendly, one was even LGBTQ+ which was nice to see since there isnt a lot of acceptance where we come from. Any time we had a problem the staff was very patient and ready to help us. The parking was convenient and easy with spaces right next to the elevators so easy access to the rooms.

Starting out the entrance was a bit hard to find with no clear indicator. We had to circle around to figure out that it was a drive in where the parking lot was also. The wait time was long for when we got there. We called ahead of the time we got there and they said rooms would be avaliable at 12 pm and when we got there they said 3 pm. The only other problem I can think of was we were told the pool closed at 10 pm and we came in around 8:40 pm and swam for a bit till an officer came in and told us it closed at 9 pm.

The hotel is downtown, but still a decent walk to the arch and citygarden. The room was comfortable. The rate was low, likely due to the nature of a refurb, but for the location, the low price was great. Despite the low price and the refurb nature, the rooms were very clean.

You can tell that this is a work-in-progress hotel, renovating an old building and giving it new life. There definitely needs to be an upgrade in the outlets and ports in the rooms. We got a family suite, and the master room was huge, but very empty. There was a sleeping space for another bed or rollaway, but nothing was there. We used cushions from the pullout sofa and some extra sheets and pillows for our youngest to use. Surprised that there wasn't a desk area or sitting area in the empty space of that room.

It's right behind the bus, greyhound bus, local metro train and Amtrack station. The downtown area and Gateway Arch are within quite walkable distances as are the main stadiums. The metro link to them is certainly as close as can be. The rooms are big. In need of a little modernisation - cosmetic retouch is fast becoming due - but nightly rates reflect this and its far removed from a terrible condition. TV, good Wifi, fridge.

The lighting is 'environMENTALly friendly' meaning terrible. Seriously bad to the point of dangerous. The wattage is so low its pre candles level light. You will not be reading a book in your room after sundown unless you bring a torch - I am not joking. The toilet is fitted with a new environMENTAL flush - basically you get to share the room with your expulsions as it saves all the water by not flushing. This is madness and gross. Why not have no lighting or even eletric - save supplying and powering the aircon, TV and fridge - Leave a bucket in the room after removing the toilet. Some plastic free, disposable, bio degradable wipes so the water - sink, tub and shower can go. It's pretty next door to where they are at now.

I actually loves that we didn’t have daily maid service! didn’t have to worry about leaving! wonderful! the staff was phenomenal! friendly, helpful, willing to help with anything we needed! made our stay so much better than we expected!

a little outdated! it would be nice to have some cleaning items available. we stayed three weeks and it would have been nice to have a broom and vacuum available! we had a wet bar, but nothing to clean with. a kitchen towel would be nice! we bought our own sponge and dish detergent! also, the most inconvenient thing was the pool being down “for main” when we called an specifically asked if the pool would be open during our stay! the hottest week of our stay and the pool was down.

Loved the hotel. Hope it doesn't change as we would like to continue to stay here in the future. It's an old building with a lot of character, which my husband liked. Parking garage is on the second level so you don't have to worry about your vehicle. There is also a nice pool and a gym that I wish I would have known about. The lounge is really neat, but the kitchen was closed as it was almost midnight...hoping to try the food next time.

Hard to navigate a large vehicle through the parking garage columns. The lighting in the room was pretty dim, but there is a large window, so that helped.

The staff were friendly and helpful to us during our stay. The location was definitely one of the best things about the place. We were able to walk to the arch and most bars and restaurants nearby within 25 minutes. The view from the room is nice. Can see Union Station really well. Had no issues with beds being dirty which I saw some other reviews mention. The whole place reminds me of liminal spaces which is kinda cool.

There was no hand soap in the room which I would think is a necessity. We were provided conditioner and shampoo but not a bar hand soap. The furniture, carpets, walls, etc. could definitely use a face-lift but wasn’t something we were too bothered by. Would have liked to have some bedding for the pull out couch in the room but we also didn’t request to have any so not a big deal either.

The room was amazing!! The hotel was beautiful! The pool and outdoor seating area was so nice! The security guards were very friendly and helpful!

The person checking us in was rude. Idk his name but he had long hair and his nails painted. We needed an extra bed for our daughter since she and her brother don’t share a bed and they told us they didn’t have any even tho on the site it said they do.

The pool was closed the morning of our check out so we couldn't use it. I was excited about the pull out couch but it was dirty and has trash in it and there were no sheets for the pull out. We used the pool in the evening but there were no towels and we couldn't find a phone to request some. Back in our room we discovered that the phone did not work. I had to call the front desk to request towels. We had a room for 4 and only towels for 2.
