The staff were ALL friendly! The breakfast for a hotel breakfast was actually good.It was Better Friday than Saturday, but still good! The room was clean for the most part. The pool was clean and cold and open. The kids had so much fun! The spot this hotel is in is perfect, it is in a quiet area with a few things around if you need something but very nestled. There was a deposit to pay that we did get back. Plenty of pool towels. They had popcorn in the evening which my kids loved!

they missed a tab or thingy that keeps an ace bandage on and I stepped on it. The AC did not work and it made a rattle noise that you could not sleep through. I will say I did not want a different room because this was adjacent to my other room. They were willing to remedy the situation, so I did not count this against their rating! The beds were very hard. The shower heads did not allow a heavy flow of water, which is just a personal preference.

The breakfast bar was outstanding and the room was clean with great amenities.

There was nothing posted about no dogs allowed in the breakfast area, yet I was informed on our last day I couldn’t have my dog … who sat in the first seat coming off the hallway and never made a sound or moved) there. I wasn’t told nicely either. Another family also had a small dog that stayed on their lap the entire time. Not what I consider dog friendly.

I ldid not luket 20.00 for each pet i thinl it eas excessive.. So, having 2 made it 40.00 for each night so that was crazy. If all other places were not booked I would not have done this

It was a clean and comfortable place. We did not use the indoor pool or the fitness room, but the other residents appeared to be enjoying these amenities. The breakfast was good, but the potatoes were gone by 7 am.

We could hear the ice machine or the elevator from our room it wasn’t loud, but it was a constant noise.

Hot Breakfast food wasn’t available. The poor lady was working hard to bring more food but she was the only one doing. She was alone

the owner was quite polite inviting to come in and be welcomed.

i woke in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, saw a roach running across the floor. i informed the person who checked us out. i hope they stay on top of pest control. it happens

Very clean. Felt very safe

Breakfast. Biscuits and gravy was horrible. Didn't taste like sausage, gravy was gross. I'm not a picky eater either. If u get down there past 8am especially on a w/e most food is gone even bread for toast. Very disappointed. Stayed there 2 weeks and ate out for breakfast.

We stay here every year we come to town for a Cardinals game. It's 15 mins to Busch Stadium and for the price, you can't beat it! Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and the indoor pool is open again!

Not sure what happened to breakfast this trip. It is usually decent with waffles, eggs bacon, danishes, cereal, yogurt but didn't see any of that this time. Maybe to late in the morning and they had already put it all away. No worries though, there is a Cracker Barrel just across the street!

Pool was chilly but it was a good stay. Kids were a bit loud in the hallways throughout the night and morning and barking dog. But I would definitely stay again staff is very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable bed, nice nutritional breakfast options. Room was nice and jacuzzi tub was a relaxing experience after a tough day at work! I needed an extra day and they quickly made necessary accommodations for another room on a busy night.

The remodeling noise during the day was irritating to my partner. But this was an unavoidable nuisance.
