I loved the room amenities, the warmth on the coldest day of the year and the speed/simplicity of check in and checkout. I am glad they use coffee makers and not the garbage producing pods. Finally, I liked that there was fruit at breakfast as well. The General Manager, Pavel, was extremely helpful and polite despite having to work between two hotels. He and his team deserve a lot of praise.

I want these chains to stop using plastic and styrofoam for breakfast, be more eco-friendly. This is not the local management's problem, it's Marriott. Also, the computer in the lobby seems to be for show. The computer is on but does not actually connect to the internet. I actually needed to print something bit it was impossible. The General Manager had to print it for me but at the OTHER hotel.

The Fairfield Inn in Naperville was exactly want we needed and was as advertised with everything we wanted to do. Our stay was for four nights and overall it was comfortable, quiet and secure. The only thing it did not have available was the pool but this was remedied with the pool available to patrons right across the parking lot with their sister property. The hot breakfast had everything we expected with eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, milk, hot coffee, muffins and much more. Every morning it was not crowded and there was plenty of food. The breakfast bitems were continuously being stocked. Nothing ran out! The price per night was reasonable and one of the best prices in the area. We were very satisfied with the front staff and everyone working there. They answered all our questions and even helped us with freezing our ice packs! We reserved the King Executive Suite and it had plenty of room for the three of us. The King bed was comfortable anf the sofa pullout was roomy. Although the highway was close to us the noise was not a factor. The room was clean, maintained, and modern. No major problems with curtains, bathroom or electronics. Highly recommend this hotel and when we come back around the Chicagoland area we will definitely stay here again.

The pool was not available on property however they offered the pool at their sister property across the parking lot. Minor hiccup but easily resolved.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, nice size bathroom, nice comfortable beds, my friend and I had the queen size and it was very, very quiet on the floor we stayed on. There were a lot of weddings going on and those who stayed there were very friendly along with the staff and I felt very comfortable.

Room service comes to late, we needed towels and have our bed made but it was hard to get someone to come up early instead of the afternoon time frame. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in only to find out it was broken, told the staff about it and the next day a service person came in and switched it out. Just in time before our items got warm. The pool was extremely cold, couldn't really enjoy it. The Jacuzzi was out of order and was really hoping to get into that since my friend and I was doing a lot of walking around and wanted to do this before bed time...that whole part between one not working and the other cold...wasn't very pleasant.

Great location, Premium outlets just a 10-15 drive. Extremely helpful staff and the self service laundromat was a blessing given the clothes had to be washed daily due to covid. Limited choice Breakfast was sufficient with usual fare. Left luggage was a blessing, could spend the last day doing extra shopping, thanks Tori for clarifying the taxes bit & Brian for taxi support!

Housekeeping once in 3 days during Covid times!!? While extra towels provided, we had to take care to maintain good hygiene. A good washer / dryer but which only accepts quarters & no change at the reception. Closest grocery a 7-11, good 10+ minutes walk & no restaurants close by (Uber eats helped!!).

The room was excellent So clean. The complimentary Breakfast was Great

That the pool was not ready although they did provide us with an alternative. Looking forward to going back when pool and fitness center is completed.

The bed was hard and unconfortable and the refrigerator wasn't working properly.

Breakfast was adequate/good. Met our expectations and we didn't expect anything overly fancy! The staff was exceptional. I had accidentally booked a suite and needed a double and they were very congenial about letting me switch to a different room.

Considering the pandemic situation, the breakfast was more than I expected it to be. There was a nice assortment available. I never left the area hungry and not satisfied.

Everything was fine. I will return again in the future.
