Decent place to stay for the money.

We tried checking in at 2:45 pm about 15 mins before the published check in time. We were told by the lady at the reception she did not have a room ready for us and we could either return in a little while or wait in the lobby. Since we'd arrived from out of state we decided to wait hardly10 feet from the reception. We waited till 3:30 pm before I approached the same lady at the reception again. This time, I was told a room was available. I don't understand why we were not told the room was ready when we were sitting right there and waiting for 45 mins. This unprofessional behavior tainted the otherwise good experience.

Hot breakfast was great for adults and kids. Getting in and out was easy even though local traffic was busy. Everything was exceptionally clean and the hotel overall was very quiet, and felt very safe. Kids had a ball at the pool. They were able to accommodate our late checkout as well.

The upper floors are just a bit on the dark side. They ran out of bananas for breakfast leading to a minor riot with our tiny humans, but we convinced them to ravenously consume the apples.

breakfast was very good, staff was very nice, guests were friendly. Dora, the cleaning lady was very nice. I loved the walking trail around the 2 hotels.

It would be nice if the sink in the bathroom was enclosed somehow to keep the light from shining into the bed area. Another set of electric outlets would be helpful on the other side of the sink so 2 people could get ready at the same time.

Breakfast was great! Lots of choices. Great location. Very quiet.

Was hard to find a staff worker at the front desk at times when I needed more shampoo and then again when I went to check out. Had to search for someone to help me. My husband told the staff on our first day that the tub faucet wasn’t working and needed to be fixed and we never had any maintenance person come fix it during our four night stay. First night husband had to fix the chain on the toilet as it wasn’t flushing properly.

On Line check In. Room was ready when we showed up. breakfast buffet was OK too. Parking is adequate

Gave me room 219. Terrible. One floor up in from of back dor that slams shut ALL NIGHT. Alos people SMOKE ouside and talking laughing loudle right outside our window. The AC didn't drowwn hem out. The elevator was on our Bed Board side and LOUD and heard everyone getting off laughing kids crying etc. Never again

Breakfast was good

Coffee should be available all day long - If you want coffee at night you have to pay. ac wasn't consistently cool. Side door for entry was open . Would not lock when shutting. Shortage of staff on some days. If the person at the desk was on the phone you could wait for 15+ minutes for a plastic bag or to ask a question.

Clean room, roomy, nice people at your desk that were very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone and definitely to my friends. Great place to stay. Close to gas stations and lots of nice restaurants at all levels of price and items to choose from.

Toilet was loose and needed to hold down lever to flush until it all went or some would stay. We said we would stay one more night and was told no problem. Then the next morning we were called and said you were supposed to be out by noon. Went to front desk and they corrected it. A simple matter of lack of follow thru. I would not have brought it up but you wanted to know what we did not like.

The manager was really nice he was able to save me 100.00 for upgraded room but they were double booked great guy.

More pool towels lady up front desk. I asked her never ever brought them. But in her defense they got extremely busy

The room was great. Everything seemed clean and as advertised. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom door in the room I stayed in had to be forced shut; it kept getting stuck on a tile on the floor. This was a mild inconvenience, as everything else about the room was fine.

Paulina at the Front Desk was amazing! So helpful and friendly.

The hot water in the shower could of been hotter for me. I love a hot hot shower
