Love the staff, especially Shasta who was very helpful and friendly, the location and the room Im was comfortable and clean. I loved that I could do my laundry too. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was really nice too. I slept great.

Too much plastic used at breakfast. With a dishwasher in every room they should add a few to the breakfast area and use normal cutlery at least. Or switch to bamboo. I’d also have liked a makeup mirror in the bathroom.

Wonderful location, very nice to have a kitchen in the room, lots of space and very polite, helpful and attentive staff!

Although there was a lot of selection at breakfast, the eggs (scrambled, mini quiche and mini omelette on different days) were not good at all. The coffee was normally hot but both tea and coffee were Luke warm on day 3 and it took some time for breakfast items to be replenished some days. Also, the bed was a bit too soft.

Location is perfect, right off 88 with a lot to do and good restaurants close by.

The use of plastic at breakfast was alarming and unnecessary. With a dishwasher in every room you’d think they could have a few in the kitchen area so that proper silverware and glasses could be used. Hyatt gave the impression they don’t care about the environment at all. Please at least switch to disposable bamboo.

The location was good for our visit. The value was what caused us to select this property. The staff was nice. The bed was very comfortable. We requested a walk in shower and the hotel had one available. It was very quiet and we never heard our neighbors.

The room was cut in half by an open shelving unit. This made movement in the room very tight. The sound from the TV came into the bedroom due to the open shelves. The furniture was old. The breakfast did not change and so there was no variety.

The rooms were bigger than some apartments I lived in. Kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, tons of space. Bed was wonderful and bathroom was fantastic. The price was really reasonable too. Definitely would stay here again! Breakfast was good, and the lobby area nice.

Really nothing - OK the room was 77F when I checked in, too hot for my tastes... I had to turn the thermostat down.... bummer.

Breakfast was good. Location was terrific. Helpful friendly staff was a plus.

Had a suite, update couches, maybe a couple of non cloth recliners and a table to sit at instead. Couch looked so worn was afraid to sit on it. Housekeeping needs to clean under kitchen sinks. There was food on bottom of cabinet and a plastic bottle wedged between the pipe. Wouldn’t of noticed if I didn’t drop something on the floor.

Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I can remember having. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and of great value.

The only downfall was the construction being done to the building, but I hardly blame the hotel for that. It was only a very minor inconvenience.

Good size suite, very comfortable bed. Good range of facilities such as coffee machine, fridge freezer, dining table & dishwasher. Small but functional gym & pool. Very enjoyable during quieter periods. Staff were exceptional and extremely helpful, we requested a room change due being situated near a generator and were able to do so easily.

Aside from a low level hum of the generator (we’re light sleepers) everything was as good as expected.

The room size and location of property was excellent, close to all the shopping and restaurants.

The furniture is worn out and needs an upgrade. Smart TVs would be a plus.

The total comfort and relaxation especially after a hectic day and try and enjoy the nightlife on a weekend Nothing Better then to come back to a relaxing soothing atmosphere that I truly enjoy in life
