Newly remodeling evident. Staff member greeted me quickly and engaged in discussion of events in the area to see. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and offered variety. At check out the staff member asked about our comfort and noted they were working the bugs out, specifically the issue with the water temperature in the three rooms, ours and either side of ours.

The water temperature necessitated the water turned on fully to hot and it took 2-3 minutes to reach shower available temp. Water was kept fully on hot and it did not warm to uncomfortable during the shower. Two beds in this room were comfortable but one squeaked loudly when sat on our when I rolled over.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

The room seemed to be smaller than a typical room for 2 double beds. But, it was OK and the heater worked well and the water in the shower was hot. The coffee was very poor. The coffee at the entrance was not hot enough and, I believe, - based on taste, that it was not brewed but was made from a concentrate. The coffee maker in the room did not make good coffee, either.

We had the deluxe room, which had an extra vanity. Was nice for getting ready in the morning. My husband used the one, and I used the other. The bed was comfortable, and the air-conditioned worked well. The TV was on the smaller side, but they had a variety of channels.

The light in the bathroom didn't have a cover, so wires were exposed. The pool area was really warm, and the temp of the pool was warm also.

It was awesome. Very clean, well kept in the hallways and in the room. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable with four great pillows. I really wanted to skip my flight and just stay in bed. The two staff members with whom I interacted were very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was very good too. I was able to get a variety of food and fruit with coffee too. I really liked this place. I will book again when I use Peoria's airport.

I liked everything.

People / staff were helpful and friendly. When I spoke to the person at the desk about the fact that the breakfast did not meet my needs, she asked what she could do differently and the next morning there was a different choice of eggs not just biscuits and gravy.

Less stuff in the hallway. They are trying to update and refurbish the hotel, but trying to get the luggage cart around beds, etc was a challenge.

The location and the room itself was great

I didn’t like that fact that they make you put up a $200 deposit for each room but it’s not listed on here.. I feel like that is something that should be stated before you book or pay for a room.

The pool was dirty and the handicapped spots were taken by old carpet and things they were throwing away. That is illegal to take up Handicapped spots especially with trash! I had nowhere to park for my elderly Mother.

quiet, clean, comfortable. Great water pressure and temp for shower.

front desk staff upon check in was rude when we switched cards for payment. she spoke to my friend in an accusatory manner and it wasn’t pleasant. Hot tub was not working.

The cookies at the desk, hot breakfast, wifi, gym, decently sized room, and the staff was very nice on both of my last two stays.

Some of the property had damages but that didn’t effect my comfort. I wish the gym had more weights, but am happy about the cardio equipment and what was available for guests. The exercise bike wasn’t working properly and needs to be looked at.

furniture is getting worn. chairs in lobby need to be replaced. Our first room had issue with bathroom lights and the fabric on the desk chair was worn out. The staff put us in a new room. The bathroom exhaust fan in this room was not working.
