I was only in the room for a total of 6 hrs and departed prior to breakfast. Coffee was good. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Evidently the walls are not very well insulated, because I had a knock at the door from a guest asking me to quiet down and I was just talking on the phone. He stated, "I know because I can hear your entire conversation". This was approximately 10:30 pm. Not the hotels fault, but the lack of ride sharing options is horrendous for a town of 40,000 people. Very hard to get around when flying in, not driving in to Quincy.

I liked the room, it was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was hot and delicious, and the attendant was very sweet..

Very nice place to stay. The staff was absolutely perfect, they were more than happy to give us information when we asked. The rooms were very clean and comfortable beds! Will definitely stay here when in town again.

I stayed one night in room 425 (Top floor, last room on the end). It was so clean and quiet! No hairs or stains on the bedding or towels. Fridge in the room with a tiny freezer section and a control setting to change the temp. Mattress was pretty good. Even though the furniture/decorations/everything was pretty dated it was all well kept and clean! Unlike some of the newer and more expensive hotels I stayed in on this road trip. The room was incredibly big. I definitely didn't need all that room but would be good for a family traveling together! Big mirror and countertop in the bathroom. Coffee in the front lobby area.

No microwave in the room, I always use a microwave in the room when traveling! There was one in the front lobby. Little bit of a smell when I entered the room, but not bad. Maybe a little musty or hadn't been used in a while. The lighting in the room could be better, but it had two big windows for light during the day.

They were wonderful about letting us check in early because are king studio was ready. Maids were exceptional in getting us fresh towels so we would have enough for both night's showers and showers after we went to the pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub were very nice and clean.

The breakfast was set more towards kids or normal adults. Not so good for a diabetic. Waffle temperature was barely turned up to have a pale gold color. The only items for a diabetic were sausage patties and egg patties. Although it is listed and was not there (avaliable) was the lounge/bar

The bed was comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly. Everything seemed clean and sanitary. Even though there was a boisterous crowd filling the common areas one night of our stay, our room remained quiet and peaceful.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was limited to prepackaged, mostly sugary items. We assumed this was due to continuing COVID-19 constraints, but it was disappointing to have to spend additional money to eat elsewhere. The coffee was good, though!

Very clean, large room with comfortable bed. It was exactly what I was looking for (equivalent / slightly nicer than a Hampton Inn) for less than the Holiday Inn Express down the street.

The staff ultimately did help me, and I am grateful for that. But they weren't real excited to see me / weren't that happy to help me out (but they 100% fixed my self created situation - I booked the wrong date).

The checkin clerk, Mark, was friendly & helpful. Our room was clean & comfortable. The hot tub was actually hot & very clean. Nice that the bathroom in our room had 2 plugs instead of just 1 as in most hotel rooms. Great place to stay & location just off highway worked out great for our trip.

Whoever hung the wallpaper in our bathroom cut the pieces a little too short!

Real silverware, plates, bowls, etc at breakfast. Beautiful facility. Spacious room.

No microwave in room, Had to go downstairs to heat food. Breakfast meat limited to sausage gravy. Biscuits were dried out and barely warm. (Unusually disappointing for this level of motel.) AC fan could not be configured to run constantly, causing a jarring effect when restarting throughout the night.

Wonderfully comfortable bed, big, clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast had waffles, sausage patties, egg patties (pre-formed but ok), variety of cereals, some cups of cut fruit, standard white breads and bagels with margarine and "cream cheese spread," basically good for a midwestern small town. Ask the attendant to spray-oil the waffle iron before you make your waffle to prevent sticking. (Seems that some sticky-fingered customers walk out with it if they leave the sprayer out!)
