breakfast was satisfactory satisfactory. The staff went above and beyond to assure our room was cool enough and provided us with a room fan. There was a huge veterans event in town and we loved how the hotel and staff went all the way to welcome and honor the veterans.

I was sorry i could no longer see the river as I could before all the additional construction that has occurred.

Beautiful, new hotel. Excellent location right next to the Mississippi River - spectacular sunsets! Our room was very clean and the tv was enormous! The bed was very comfortable, lovely quality pillows and the water pressure in the shower was superb! The staff was courteous and friendly and even emptied the garbage in our room and refreshed the towels every day!. The BEST thing - a waffle machine every day for breakfast! Nicest hotel in the area by far and very reasonably priced!

My sink got a little bit clogged toward the end of our stay, but it was manageable.

The staff is very welcoming and will happily give 100% to make sure you are taken care of and any issues are resolved as quickly as possible. The Mississippi River view from the rooms on the back side of the hotel are beautiful. At night the bridge is also amazing to see because of the color changing lights.

I have stayed at least 1 full night in most, if not all, of their Queen smoking rooms. Things very from room to room. In some certain outlets or switches don't work, and some have very low quality/picture tvs. The location is beautiful overlooking the riverfront, but look any other direction after dark and it is in a bad part of Quincy.

The staff are very personable, nice, accommodating, and you can tell they value their reputation to visitors! I’ve had nothing but great treatment, a clean room, and always a warm welcome. There’s a bed bug registry that most don’t know about and they are not on that registry, speaks volumes to a person who is a frequent traveler and bug- phobic!

Once there wasn’t soap on the room, but the front desk fixed it before I settled in. So no complaints there.

The room was spacious and clean and well designed. The window seat was a nice touch.

The wireless signal was poor. There were no little extras in service. I felt it was just bare bones service. I used the extra pillows and one was great, but the other was old and terribly lumpy and misshapen.

It was very good ! good food and very clean in the eating area.. Room was nice and clean bed was made up and looked very nice. I have stayed in this room before and loved the view but back then the trees were not in the way of the River view . Now they are getting to tall.. It would be Great if they could be cut down!

Just that the Trees are in the way of a Great River View now..

Great breakfast. Menu changed every other day which was nice.

Maybe some sweet rolls and breakfast sandwiches in the fridge

We got the king suite with the view of the Mississippi River. Was so relaxing

Room wasn't clean. I luckily bought cleaning products. But after that it was awesome!

Comfortable and nice to stay

the sill in front of the window was dirty. Mention was made at front desk. We did not want the staff to think we caused it.

Breakfast was good better than other hotels we have stayed
