Front Desk guy was very helpful & kind . Was willing to help me with what I needed ! Rm was clean & nice

The mistake that Booking cost me more than the Hotel was charging arent the Booking . Com , supposed to be cheaper than the Hotels? Lady @ booking was very helpful but it was way too much,$$$$

It was quiet. I was able to use the hot tub and pool. The pool is open longer than other hotels🙂. Location is good.

Beds were hard. Breakfast was kinda warm. Bathroom could be cleaned better. There was dirt and hair in the tub and something on the wall.

Bed was comfortable

I was disappointed that for the price I paid I didn't get a better breakfast. For 200.00 dollars ( that includes taxes), we received a "grab and go" breakfast. Their idea of that is a granola bar and an apple and a cup of cereal. My husband didn't see any juices or milk. Cereal without milk is dry. Website still showed breakfast available. Other hotels we stayed at still offered a full breakfast. Not sure why this place didn't. Also room was small with a queen bed. Usually this hotel chain is spot on.

Pool, hot tub, nice shower, hot shower, sink outside toilet area, great breakfast

'Hot tub' not hot (lukewarm), bathroom door difficult to close, toilet fills too slowly, TV difficult to navigate

The property was very easy to find. The staff was very nice & polite when we arrived.

The room was very warm most of the time day & night. The air conditioner was very noisy & sounded like it was about to quit. The refrigerator was not very cold.

Our expectations were met by this predictable motel/hotel. We came to see Sam's House, probably Hannibal's most notable destination. As a result, we only stayed one night before continuing on our travels. This facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was responsive to our minimal requests. We used the ice machine to top off our ice chests. It worked well and we weren't challenged by the staff over the amount we took, thought that practice seems to be falling away in the industry, as the concern for reputation and return visits seems to overwhelmed the stinginess one used to encounter over the ice issue. We would likely stay again if we found ourselves in the Hannibal area again.

Not much to not like. Again, we only stayed one night, so our expectations weren't particularly demanding. It's a standard motel/hotel, so don't expect a great many amenities and/or services beyond a clean and comfortable room.

The staff when ask about recommendation for restaurant, gave us Styx and Bones...oh my it was excellent.

Staff looking into our vehicle window not realizing we had someone inside the car still...not once but 3 times they came over. Thank goodness for tinted windows, locked doors.

The staff once again was amazing third time this year we have stayed.was scheduled to stay for 4 nights but family emergency came up on first night we were to check in and had to cancel they understood they were the best we checked in the next day no problem.will stay again later this fall

Seems like it needs alot of maintenance around the pool and hallways air vents in pool area lots of debris in covers.our room door would not shut correctly had to push it with force to lock

room was very nice, bed was comfy with lots of pillows! shower had hot water and good shower head. extra toiletries and coffeemaker.

my only complaint was the wi-fi kept cutting out. very frustrating!

The person at the desk held open the garbage can for me, when I cleaned the fast food trash out of my car.

It was a little noisy, with kids running down the halls.
