It was very clean inside and out. That's the most important factor for me. The reviews represented the FairBridge as clean, and that turned out to be true.

Weeks in advance I reserved a single king bed room and even though I checked in at 6pm all that was available were rooms with two queen beds. The breakfast was very lacking. There was coffee. A choice of two dry cereals but I didn't see any kind of milk. A choice of two juices, orange & ? (apple maybe). A choice of powdered or chocolate covered packaged mini donuts. Fresh fruit was represented by bananas, no choice with fruit. A single waffle maker that, seriously, took forever. Notice - No Protein. I had coffee, a waffle, and orange juice. Also of note was how incredibly rough the bath towel was. So much so that after drying my face I elected to air dry the rest of my body.

Nice motel right off the highway. Very easy access on and off the Highway 36. The room was very comfy for me and my son. Nice size room for 2 people. Room was very clean and to my surprise it had hard wood floors(no dirty sticky carpet). And it had a nice size bathroom. Check out was simple and easy, just left my key in a basket they had at the front desk. Nice motel and little town for an overnight stay.

I prefer a hot breakfast like scrambled eggs and sausage so didn't really eat it but my kids enjoyed the cereal and waffles. The room size was great and pet friendly.

The juice was spoiled on day 3 & 4. There was pee on the back of my toilet upon check in but other than that overall it was a nice stay. The lady came right away to clean it with no problems.

I loved the clean room daily and breakfast the few days I woke up for it! The area is great in a small town and always my #1 choice when it comes to places to stay! The water pressure was great and the bed felt huge compared to what I sleep at at home!

Off 36, easy to get to, was mid point for our trip from kansas to Springfield, just 20 mins from Hannibal

Very clean room, comfortable bed, great peice for the area, fraction Of hotels in Hannibal with lesser rating. Hint: gas is cheaper in Hannibal

the property, staff and accommodations were great for the price. Everyone tried to be helpful. The breakfast was not to our liking but we got a 10% discount, at city cafe, when letting them know we stayed at Fairbridge Inn.

The location is great, right off of the highway. Breakfast is basic but it's amazing that they even offer a breakfast given the value price that the hotel is charging. Beds and sheets were very comfortable, so much better than other budget comparables.

The manager at the desk when I checked-in was friendly, and my room was very clean and comfortable! The housekeeper who cleaned my room did a great job!

I would be happy spending a little more money for a warm/hot breakfast option. There was cereal, toast, bagels, and a waffle iron. I would have loved to have seen a meat and scrambled egg option as well.

The location was right on the edge of town near the highway and easy to find. The rooms were clean and the bathroom in the handicap accessible room was spacious

Beds were extremely high and I needed assistance getting in due to my disability.
