1. Excellent location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. 2. Peaceful environment, I really liked the lobby. 3. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 4. The rooms are comfortable and big.
1. Rooms are not sound-proof, I could hear people in the next room speaking the entire night. 2. I wish the bar in the hotel was opened in the afternoon too so I didn't need to go somewhere else to grab a drink. 3. The fire alarm was triggered twice in the same day for some unknown reasons. 4. The furnitures in the rooms are a little bit too old.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable, unusually for a Marriott.

Staff was very helpful in resolving a reservation mix up.
Unfortunately the pool was closed and we had not been notified beforehand as we had specifically booked here for the children to be able to swim.Maslow no free breakfast as advertised on their website, but did have an al a carte cafe.

We ate at buttermilk restaurant for breakfast. This hotel is very convene to we were able to walk to the restaurant. The weather was great.
Unfortunately, we were not able to get what we needed because of shortages.

That booking.com didn't get the names on the reservation spelled right! That caused a Lot of unnecessary problems checking in!
