I have stayed at Best Western several times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They attend to my needs quickly. They go the extra mile to handled situations that is unpleasant.

Upon arrival, I always inspect the room. In the bathtub was a wad of hair around the stopper. I reported it and the matter was handle quickly. The next day, the entire room was deep cleaned. I really appreciate how it was handled. Cod use a better variety for breakfast.

Clean Hotel, basic but as a 2* establishment didn't expect anything too fancy! Good location if you have a car, not so great if you are having to rely on public transport. Room was clean, and large.

Breakfast was very basic, whilst the waffle machine and tea/coffee making facilities are good, the selection of breads (and no pastries) was poor. Nice large kitchen/dining area - would have liked non-plastic cutlery though!

This is our 5th stay at Best Western. The staff know us by name and are very friendly. Any requests we have are accommodated.

The only complaint I have is tge breakfast. The sausage is not cooked properly, not quite done. More variety is needed for breakfast. They use to have potatoes and they were delicious

Great location for everything. I forgot my mouse for my computer and the young lady a the front desk told me there was an Office Depot across the street. Saved my wrist. There were many food places and banking all within walking distance. Nice lobby. I didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast but it always smelled delicious. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I will stay there again and would recommend it to someone else.

The ceiling in my bathroom had some brown spots on it other than that it was a nice facility for the price. It was a bit noisy because I was close to the washing area.

There were guests sitting in hotel chairs outside their room on the sidewalk adjacent and partially in front of our room and door. It made it difficult to enter and exit our room. We were traveling with our two dogs so the difficulty entering and exiting our room was compounded by having to navigate through them.

Location. clean. good breakfast.

Room 121 non-smoking room smelled smoky likely because it is close to the lobby and service area where smokers hang out. We could see light around the door at night so not air tight. Lucky we had Fabreeze Microbial spray with us. Otherwise comfortable. We wanted to sign up for rewards. We were on a schedule. ,The staff took a phone call instead of assisting us in the process so we did not get signed up.

We requested that all three rooms be together; email confirmation stated they would be. Upon arrival, one was on the back of the building (1st floor), one was on the front of the building (1st floor) and the third room was on the 3rd floor. When I told the receptionist of our request, she simply said all rooms were booked and it couldn't be helped. We had these rooms booked for nearly a month or more. It worked out, it just wasn't what we had asked for.

If you are planning to stay at this Best Western, you have to get to know Victoria at the front desk. Victoria is not only friendly, but she is so very helpful. She makes you feel like family. She has a sense of humor that just makes your stay extra pleasant.

The staffs and the services. All staffs were very helpful. The location also very good. Near to restaurants, supermarket and public transport.

the bathroom inside the room. They used non slippery mat inside the bath tub but it’s was not cleaned properly and cause the smell of the bathroom. The bath tub also not properly cleaned when we arrived, I saw hair at the hole. The drain inside the bath tub also was a bit blockage and cause it’s drained out slowly .

The breakfast was good. The staff were really nice.

The room was not a smoke-free one. It has a strong smell of cigarette smoke from previous tenant. Their rooms were all booked, so I can’t exchange. I wish that I book a smoke-free room in the beginning.
