The fresh omelets were amazing. Give the chef a raise, I'd come back to just have another one of them! Staff that checked us in and out were very professional and very friendly. My stay was a nice, bed very comfy. Location was very easy to get to and felt safe outside when walking the dog.

Electrical outlets lose, charging plug kept falling out. Hair dryer in room did not work. Grass area for pets needed to mowed. No big issues but since you asked.

Beds were very comfy. Nice pool and workout facility. Parking lot was clean and well lit.

Bug zapper popping in the lobby. Elevator was scary- it sounded like maintenance was needed. Mold on bathroom ceiling (room 226). The lady at the front desk was very professional however she was the only person working and it was busy! She needed back up!

the only thing I would change is regarding the grab and go breakfast. The breakfasts we got had rotten fruit, snack crackers and a bottle of water. I was thinking the grab and go breakfast was a very nice addition for those of us who leave earlier than when breakfast is available but I was very disappointed. Don’t offer it if it’s just to get rid of old food. That left a poor impression on a great hotel. thanks for listening.

The room was large and clean, there was plenty of hot water, pool was open and was a nice refreshing end to a hot and busy day.

TV in the room wasn't working, the remote would only work to turn it on and off and the volume. But I didn't need the TV so it didn't hamper my stay.

This is an EXCELLENT hotel. The staff was professional and friendly, the room was spacious and spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast even included an omelet cooked to order. Highly recommended.

The gentleman that made the omelets for breakfast was very friendly and the omelets were very good. Bed was very comfortable.

The couch was placed under the TV looking away needed to turn it around to watch anything. Didn't want to lay on bed to watch TV and eat.

Nice room, very clean, comfortable beds, good big bath. Elevator. Also I could open the window and turn off the ac which is a big deal to me because I have asthma. The cook as fantastic - making individual egg orders despite being extremely overworked.

Somewhat noisy. The toilets make a giant woosh when they flush. I didn't hear talking in nearby rooms but I heard every thump. The people above me sounded like they were moving furniture. Aside from the chef, the breakfast was really lacking - literally. There was no food or coffee left when i got there at 8:30 despite another half hour of breakfast and lots of people arriving.

Breakfast was delightful, and the hotel itself was beautiful. We also enjoyed the pool.

I have no complaints, other than the vending machine on floor 2 not dispensing the correct item and not making correct change.

Had to stay at this location due to a flood in my home. After booking the reservation and arriving the desk attendant Dawn was very polite and helpful. As we waited to complete check in we had good conversation with her, she is a great caring employee. The young gentleman that checked us out the next morning was also very kind and helpful.

Nothing to add here! It was a great quiet stay.

Late sleepers. Don't take advantage of the breakfast bars

I'm assuming because of traveling with a pet is the reason for 1st floor rooms, understandable. The only problem this time was, there were children in the room above us running around quite late. We were just about to call the front desk around midnight when they stopped.
