Nice amenities in the room. Room was spacious breakfasts were very nice. Comfortable and clean. Nice staff. We enjoyed our stay.

The iron had something on it, and also was leaking brown water. Had to use it on a towel on my clothing to use the iron without ruining my clothing.

The breakfast was great. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

To modify my reservation I had to call England (Booking.com) instead of just doing it with Holiday Inn Express. It was more of a hastle.

Breakfast is great ! We travel to this location every year for a family reunion and I will always stay here. We love it

If i had to complain about anything, it would be, I wish the pool was open 24 hours

Liked the beds and TV

Toilet was WAY too short! Wish they had noisemaker machines in the rooms, or fan to make white noise. We have one at home and forgot to bring it. I was up ALL NIGHT because it was too quiet LOL I'm not allergy prone, but I suspect they use powdered carpet freshener, because my sinuses filled up immediately. For some reason, those powders do this to me.

I've stayed in a few hotels where the beds were uncomfortable. The king size mattress and pillows enveloped me like a cloud! I went to sleep every night exhausted only to wake the next morning refreshed.

The kitchenette was wonderful. Microwave, refrigerator, sink, Kurig, cups, sugar, and coffee pods. But, thanks to COVID, the breakfast area didn't have utensils or bowls, plates, etc. If they could have compensated for that by putting some of those items in each room, that would have made things a little more convenient. As it was I had to run out to my vehicle so I could have a spoon to eat my oatmeal. Thankfully, I always keep plastic utensils in my car!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Wonderful bed and bedding. Lots of places to charge,, Phones, laptops, etc.well-equipped room. Plenty of space. Great Keurig coffeemaker.

Although we like (and use) led lights, the terribly harsh bright white lights in the bedroom made it look a lot less inviting than it actually was. Led lights do come in soft white which make a tremendous difference. My husband and I are 80 and 78, respectively, so already, we don’t look that good. The lights made us look like we belonged in a morgue.

We stay there several years ago, and it seem a little run down and not very clean. It was remodel, updated, very clean and friendly staff.

Bathroom where there is no fan and is cold. Needs some heat. Shower head wouldn’t stay up, even fell off .

Needed a second chair in the room. And a light over/near the mirror area. Fluroscent lights over the bed were a bit bright.
